Somehow you displeased him, otherwise he would have sought to bring forth sons for Christ. But what's done is done.

    I Kings 7:23

And he made a moulten Sea, ten cubites from the one brim to the other: it was round all about, & his height was fiue cubits: and a line of thirtie cubites did compasse it round about.

New here? Desiring to be pleasing in the eyes of The Lord and His Followers?

Then do as directed by our esteemed Pastors and head on over to the Introductions subforum and make your first post there, friend. Tell us what church you go to and what your favorite Bible verse is and how you came to find Jesus. Anything else you want to share with us about how Jesus has blessed you is welcomed too.

Are you a hater of God that believes He is a morally bankrupt monster? Read Why, you ask, is God so angry? to see that it is in fact you that is the monster that mercilessly and infinitely torments God.

Stop this relentless torturing of God and accept Jesus today!

I do not feel myself worthy of being photographed and am quite embarrassed about sharing a photo of me without my skirt. But it's the only photo of me. It was taken by a man who was a friend of my dear late husband, who had insisted I wipe up his beer spillage with my skirt.

Hello Irene, and to the friendliest place on the internet!

I am particularly drawn to this statement in your introductory post -

Where is this church located? I did a quick Google search, but it was too stupid to find it. I'm sure it is because your Godly pastor has more important things to do than advertise your church on the internet.

Also, I don't think you have answered Dr. Snyde's question,

What a lovely welcome banner. Thank you.
The Church of Eternal Damnation is in the back blocks (read boonies) of Australia near Melbourne. It is independent of any other churches, although it is a breakway from the Baptist Church of Australia. The problem with the Baptist Church in Australia is that it has been infiltrated by communist and other left-wing types, which is why we had to break away from them - they're not god-fearing in this country, just namby pamby reds.

Oh, I know exactly how you feel. Recently I've stumbled upon this review of a church in San Francisco:

This is a spiritual metaphor for the city dump, a pit stop prior to entering eternal hell. This dump's for unrepentant sinners who come searching for a place they can approve of God, not the other way around. They want God to obey what they require of Him in how they wish God to serve them and answer their sinful desires. They take pride in continuing to sin that God loves them in spite of their disobedience.

They especially enjoy taking Scripture out of context to suit their sinful desires. They see God as their buddy whose grace permits them to sin to their heart's desire. If you want God to obey you, this is the city dump for your soul prior to your ultimate destination of eternal hell.
This is a simply brilliant description of 99% so called "Christian" churches I've been to before arriving to the safe harbor of Landover Baptist Church.
God created fossils to test our faith.

Oh. Yes I know what that's like. Sometimes I accommodate overseas visitors here who tend to be boisterous and there are spillages. I'm always ready to soak it up, but do wish they'd be less noisy.

It's pleasantly warm just now and I have a few tents they can put up over New Year in the garden. But will they stay outdoors? No. They have to come inside and splash it around everywhere, it's gets so messy sometimes but I don't have carpet so it's easy enough to keep everything tidy.

We're planning a barbeque. That will definitely be outside! I could lock the house I suppose but then I'd have to sleep in a tent too and they're such wretches I wouldn't feel safe.
