Seven children is a good start Imagine, we even had a mother of 20 here so don't relax!

Do you write your postings yourself or do you tell your husband what you want to say and he writes it down for you?

Twenty children! I fear that I cannot possibly reach that number, as despite the best and most frequent attempts of me and my husband, we have not conceived for the last 5 years. I think I must be approaching that barren time for women.


My husband has told me he trusts he here. There is no possible way that I would betray that trust or indeed, upset the Lord in any way. Ephesians 5:24

Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

We're just thrilled to make your acquaintance, too, Seven. Do you have a name that we might address you with? Tell us all about your sonnes. How wonderful that you were blessed with those five!

You'll note that we women have our own area set aside for discussing the unimportant things that men loathe but we find dear. Please feel free to respond to posts there.

Are your husband's parents also Christian? I hope you have the blessing of a good and loving mother-in-law. Mother tells me that if I ever marry (which is unlikely, since I have reached such an old age) I should bring gifts to my mother-in-law (Ruth 3:17). I pass that on to you so that you might enjoy the rewards that come from following the Word of God.

I just know we'll get to be lifelong friends and I look forward to sharing housekeeping tips with you. I'm sure you can teach me many things.

Unfortunately, my husbands parents are more like outlaws than in-laws, as they are heathen atheists. As a result, the children are forbidden to see them, lest they be infected by atheist germs.


My boys:
James aged 13
Peter aged 11
Twins Michael and Mark aged 9
Little Matty (Matthew) aged 7


And Pastor Ezekiel, they have not yet joined any military group - I suspect they will in the future. At present they are very busy studying their Bible and concentrating on their studies.


Miss Lamb, I have visited the Women's Prayer Shack and find it quite uplifting. But the references to pawnography I found there are a little too much to let my daughters read.


I am hoping to find lots of women here with whom I may share recipes.
