I believe in equal rights for everyone, and yes, for all you haters out there, that means gays too. And people who hold "false religions." I also find no reason to hate Obama. I enjoy longboarding, surfing, listening to almost all kinds of music, and occasional use of cannibas...

It is clear that you are a few fries short of a happy meal, so I'll explain it to you using an example. Let's imagine that you saved up enough money to buy a new car. You walk into the dealership and you know what you want - there it is, among all of the bad cars, the Only Good Car, in fact, it is The Best Car Ever. You sign the papers without reading them and leave in you shiny new car. A month later, a bill arrives - your first monthly payment. You say, I did not agree to that! I just want the car, I don't want to pay for it!

This Best Car Ever is Christianity. Being a Christian is not just saying, I'm a Christian; you need to read the small print agreement (that would be the Bible), and agree with all of it.

There are things in Christianity I agree with whole-heartedly. There are things in Buddhism I agree with whole-heartedly. There are things in Confucianism I agree with whole-heartedly. There are things in a lot of religions I agree with.

But there are things in all of them I disagree with. Anything that lowers one human below another human I feel is just wrong. Everyone has the same rights as humans, and anything that violates those rights is evil, not by any one religion but by my moral and ethic values as a whole.

I did, if you read the whole post. Things that contradict I obviously don't believe simultaneously. I don't believe in any of the "facts" each gives, such as each's creation stories, but I believe in some of the core values of all of them, like loving your neighbor, leading a moral life, Jen, Zakat, and ying-yang. These are just a few examples!

A man who agrees with some of God's word, but disagrees with other parts of God's word is not a Christian. Either you believe or you don't. You can't have it both ways.

You are not a believer, therefore you are not a Christian. You are a false Christian, in the fashion of the Romans or the Mormans...or the Methodists, Lutherans, Church of Christ, Church of England, Presbyterians, Episcopals, and so on.

Best you get right with Jesus. It's that or Hell. Don't go there; it's too hot.

I am not explicitly Christian, nor am I explicitly Buddhist, nor Muslim, nor Taoism nor any of the religions I subscribe to. I have taken what make the most sense morally, ethically, and socially from all of them and that, my friends, is my religion.

Have any of you seen Life of Pi?? Pi has the same beliefs that I do, that religions can be essentially mixed. I would recommend both the book and the movie.

If you pick and choose some things among Buddhism, Confucianism, Shinto, Pastafarianism, or any other religion, all you are picking and choosing is FLUFF. It means nothing, will get you nowhere, and really makes God jealous.

Pacifism (nor your American flag decal) will not get you into Heaven. Only the shed blood of our PRECIOUS Lord Jesus Christ, which flowed for you on Calvary's tree, will ensure the Salvation(R) of your soul. Brother, I urge you to read the HOLY BIBLE, and try not to be too high when you do since that makes you gay and invites demonic possession. The reading of our Lord's Word deserves dignity, respect, and decorum. Put on a shirt.
