Son, your definition of love is irrelevant. Here at LBC, we are only concerned with the Truth as defined by the Holy Bible, the unabridged Word of God.

For example, we know that God only loves us if we keep His commandments and live our lives in accordance with EVERY PART of the Bible ... not just the "convenient" or "feel-good" parts, like some fluffy bunny so-called Christians. Deuteronomy 7:9

My neighbor got her IQ officially tested when she lived in America for many years as a girl (she is well into her fifties now.) She always helps me out with daily things much and teaches me how to cook because I have no wife. I asked about her results on the test once, and she said once that the highest score she received was in the common sense section of the test, and it was much above average. I asked what her brother (who lives across the city and is one of the rare nice Christian men I have met around here and is my friend) received on the test, and she shyly answered and said he received much less points, especially in the common sense part. She said she feels he is much smarter still. I asked him about it, and he said what she said such was truth. Do you think she faked it? Or do you think those "tests" mean nothing? What do you think of this? I've often wondered. I would just enjoy your opinions. I am not trying to be rude. Thank you very much in advance for your opinions.

When I was a young girl, Mother and I would gather around the kitchen table after chores and make valentines in the shape of a cross. We did not color them red; instead we used natural wood tones. I would then pass them out at school the following day, as all the children did. Mine would contain verses from scripture:

Exodus 20:17
Thou shalt not couet thy neighbours house, thou shalt not couet thy neighbours wife, nor his man seruant, nor his maid seruant, nor his oxe, nor his asse, nor any thing that is thy neighbours.

I always felt this sent a clear message that the receiver was not to covet me nor my asse. Father approved of this, and was impressed that there were no hearts or other ridiculous embellishments included.

It frightens me to think that some of the boys receiving my valentines might still have been overcome with lust. Father's shotgun was always at the ready. Unfortunately, it still is.

No one thinks that rape is harmless it is an an atrocity you retard. Before you make such an absurd statement you've to look it on the other side of the perspective; that hell do awaits. Ask any Christian which would they prefer Hell or rape, and I'd guarantee you that they would choose rape. Rape to us can sometime be nothing more but an act of persecution... why think of it as a disciplinary action handed by Christ himself to make up for the sin that you deserved, while hell is eternal.

We attended a friend's church this morning and now my homeschooled wife is stricken with grief.

The sermon was delivered by a guest speaking divorced minister preaching for us all to love each other like it was Valentine's Day year round. First, this is not a catlicken church- why do we give a rip about Mr. Valentine?

Second, I wonder if this 'minister' is trying to start some kind of free lust cult since he obviously can't keep a good Christian woman.
