You aren't a very good debater. The link you posted refers mostly to Biblical texts with the slight references to the interior of the Earth. The claims of Hell's intense and the interior of the Earth being the same is not scientific - correlation does not imply causation.Originally posted by Heathen_Basher View PostBecause the Bible promises that only a few very people will be saved.
The first time God destroyed the world, he only saved eight people. Jesus says the next time it will be even worse.
There's mountains of evidence to prove hell is real. http://www.av1611.org/hell.html
You aren't primitive, just backwards and delusional.
I am not backwards - merely scientific. I am not delusional - I am open to arguments. I thank you for denouncing someone's aforementioned claim of me being primitive.I am a raging FemNazi and proud of it!

Don Vito, welcome to the American system.
Why do you think they are getting all these Tsunamis while there are none in Iceland?

Well, we could claim that any book not based on facts is fiction, thus saying that the Bible is an embellished regurgitation of previous religions (which it is).Originally posted by Heathen_Basher View PostYou mean your Icelandic sagas? Yes, they are fiction.

And why on earth is this forum in the 'Christian history forum'? Does the OP, or the moderators, not understand the inappropriate placement of the thread?I am a raging FemNazi and proud of it!

Re: God Hates Iceland!
Hell exists and it is underneath the earth. Look at all the science that backs it up. Temperature readings go into hundreds, even thousands of degrees Fahrenheit. Iceland is an interesting geological place because it is an entry point between Hell and Earth. That is why there is so many volcanoes and geysers and seismic activity.
God also uses volcanoes to punish the wicked. He made Pompeii explode to punish the Romans for crucifying Jesus. Then he made Karakatoa erupt to punish the Godless heathens in southeast Asia. Mt. St. Helens blew up in Washington State because they are a bunch of hippie liberal communists over there and it was a warning to America to not re-elect Jimmy Carter.
When Iceland is destroyed by a volcano, and you all die, you'll all be begging God for forgiveness. But it will be too late. You will burn in Hell for all eternity. On the bright side, you don't have too far to travel.

Re: God Hates Iceland!
Willful ignorance is selecting what and what not to believe. Correlating the earth's interior to that of an old book stating Hell being excruciatingly hot, does not mean it is correct. And there could be several reasons for the person having felt he had gone to Hell - intense indoctrination, perhaps?Originally posted by Heathen_Basher View PostYou are just willfully ignorant. Again, saying that Hell is a scientifically-backed up theory is wrong: just because the interior of the Earth is hot, does not mean it contains Hell. That would be like someone saying must have done badly on a test because there happened to be a storm outside.Originally posted by Rev. Re: God Hates Iceland!
It's more than just the temperature, there is other evidence to back it up. Geologists say that inside the earth is a core of molten metal. Funny how the Bible describes a Lake of Fire in Hell. The Bible also says there is sulphur in Hell, and scientists have found a lot of sulphur underneath the earth. (There is also a lot of sulphur in Iceland). Then, finally, what about the scientists who recorded the screams of people in Hell on audio tape? I have heard the tape and it is frightening.Originally posted by retardinhumanform View PostAgain, saying that Hell is a scientifically-backed up theory is wrong: just because the interior of the Earth is hot, does not mean it contains Hell. Think about it. If the Bible, which was written thousands of years ago, described the interior of the earth as being hot, fiery, with a molten lake....how could it not be of divine origin? There was no way human beings knew anything about the interior of the earth, yet here is this ancient text which describes the very core of the earth! This is proof positive that the Bible is written by God.
