I used to commit many sins in my youth, drug abuse for example. However I repented, accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and now I follow His entire word to the letter to avoid burning in hell for eternity.

lol, you make me laugh, thank you. Blubber is hardly a snack, in fact eating blubber by itself tastes awful, you gotta have potatoes and whale meat with it. if you must know, I ate cake

The bible doesn't feed me when I'm hungry, despite of what you may think, the bible is food for the soul (or so they say), not my body.

By the way, mercury poisoning comes from oil spills from ships and that sort of thing. The whales haven't always been poisonus to eat, they are now because of said reason. Which is why we don't eat it more than once a month or so and I'm fine with that. But I guess explaining this to you is like telling a 1 year old not to eat sand, they don't understand and neither do you.
