Thats another thing i dont understand. Whats wrong with pride?
It must really suck you cant be proud of... your children for example.

My children do not 'suck'. Perhaps in the land of Homers that is common, but not in the Appalachians!

A child does not need to be all buttered up. Either the child does it wrong and suffers the consequences or does it right and can sit.

Seriously. Perhaps it is a language thing. It's not US that hates you. It's God.

If someone knew God hated me I'd want them to tell me really fast and point out how I could start pleasing God. I'd thank that person.

Sooner or later even the most patient person gets tetchy when people so persistently persecute them for it. You've been nothing but rude and ungrateful.
