Honestly, I hate everyone and everything about this world. I hate religion as a whole. Not just one or a few religions, but all of them. Most of them preach hatred. Just look at the topic of this thread. Most of you talk as if you know the richeous word of god. There are SEVERAL interpretations. Thusly, we will never know the "real answer" until we are dead. No proof is ever given or "bestowed" upon anyone in our time. If there was a god, he abandoned this dying world eons ago. Another thought is that, god was the moon. The reason the moon is a dead thing is, it gave all of it's life force to give life to this planet in the first place. Then again, I just say fuck it, there is no god, there never will be a god. Until the day some creature from the beyond shows it's self to me, claiming to be "god" though it could be a race of aliens making us do their bidding, pretending to be gods (watch StarGate SG1 for further information). Honestly, there is no physical proof of a god beyond the glowing "holiness" of a passed down book, through the generations. A book isn't proof, it is speculation. Stories can travel (I caught a fish thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis big! when if fact it was thiiiiis big) get my meaning? stories going from one ear to the next become stretched and embellished. One should not simply take the word of men of the cloth, and a book as the truth. That's just silly! Answers are out there people. You either find them on your own, or you die knowing nothing, like an ignorant monkey. You will never come back from the dead (like Jesus did.. ZOMBIE!!!!) you will never be able to tell anyone anything about "heaven" or "being dead." and those "I saw the light!" when they were dying, and on the operating table.. That can be explained through lack of oxygen to the brain, nerves shutting down, and seeing the light above the operation table as your body fights to live, forcing your adrenal glands to react and force you awake, even for a split second. During which time, you hallucinate and see what ever your mind wants to see. Be it a "heaven" or dead relatives. The mind is as susceptible to information, as a sponge is susceptible to water. If you fill a sponge from the moment you buy it, as much as you worship from the moment of birth, the effects will be the same. falling a part, and rotting from the inside out. I honestly wish people would put religion to the side for "lint" or "sabbath" or what ever they have: and just try to live. Or, try to find the answers of the universe for yourself, rather than corner yourself with ignorance, taking it as the "god given truth." Honestly, if you follow any religion, you are doomed from the start. Nobody knows which religion is the true path of god. I mean, shit, Jesus was a Hebrew, and you think Hebrews are heathens, so why the hell are you worshiping a heathen? Your religion is silly, it does not make sense to me, and quite frankly, if you turn out being wrong, in the end.. You will have wished you followed something else. Rather than wait for your death bed, doing good in your life, begging for what ever forgiveness you need, taking Jesus and god into your heart before you die. you'll either go somewhere, or nothing will happen.
The choice is yours. Live in self ordained ignorance, or die knowing nothing.
