You bring up an interesting point Brother Taylor. I don't remember the exact year, but there was a California pizza restaurant chain that started putting pineapple rings on pizzas (a disgusting thought) - which no doubt was instrumental in turning millions of virile men into homers.

I have often commented that if pineapples belonged on pizzas, God would have may allowances for such in the Book of Leviticus. Because He did not do so, I feel perfectly justified in declaring such an unnatural juxtaposition to be an abomination.

People think that I am kidding.

I don't eat food from certain companies because of what some of them support. Like coke and pepsi.

I do not however, see anything wrong with carrots.
But if you see it as, unclean, that is for you to decide.
However, it is not right for you to tell others that they are sinning when they eat it.
For the bible says:
Romans 14King James Version (KJV)

14 Him that is weak in the faith receive ye, but not to doubtful disputations.
2 For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth herbs.
3 Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him.
4 Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.

So please.
Stop judging others based upon what they eat.
For it is not your place to judge another mans servant, let alone God's servant.



Also, God says nothing about pizza at all in Leviticus.
So using your logic, Pizza is an abomination in itself, not just pineapple pizza.(Which I actually quite enjoy. I encourage you to try it. God made this wonderful fruit taste amazing on pizza)

Meh. Good luck finding food produced by companies which do not benefit from slavery and child labor. You'll be stuck eating heavily overpriced fair trade organic crap, which actually doesn't solve the global poverty problem at all.

In the meantime, have some Nestle chocolate picked by underpaid (or not paid at all) little kids. And don't forget to keep shopping at Walmart!

The guy who wrote that sermon said he is without sin.
Seems like a very simple thing to me.

Once I look into it, if it's "extreme" then I can easily dismiss it.
It's the ones that are really close to the truth, but twisted ever so slightly that are hard to dismiss.

So are you going to boycott every single company that has ever been tied to forced labor or slave labor?

Because why boycott just the ones which support Planned Parenthood, when you could boycott every company which makes millions of people suffer? Why be so selective?

Here is a recent report (here a lovely explanation, if the data isn't obvious) and a US government report about goods produced by forced and child labor - you can search it by type of good or country.

Besides food, your electronics and your clothes are often produced by slaves as well. You should boycott companies which sell these products as well.

Basically, you need to produce your own food and sow your own clothes if you don't want to support inhumane treatment of humans. In this light, your Planned Parenthood-based boycott is rather ridiculous, isn't it?

This is not how fact-checking works. It's not whether news "seems plausible" or is "too extreme," it's whether you can confirm it in several independent media - ideally from both sides of the political precipice, to contrast both sides of the spin, and only then make up your mind.
