This is what school punishment is all about! A wild baby Negro in New Orleans was shackled to a chair (on two separate occasions because they learn slow) in his school for being rowdy.

Six-year-old Ja'Briel Weston was shackled by his ankle to a chair for disobeying his first-grade teacher. Two days later, he was apprehended by an armed security guard, dragged down a hallway and handcuffed to a chair for getting into a shoving match with another student. This didn't happen at some medieval-age boarding school.

Praise God that good old fashioned Christian Republican child-rearing is alive and well in the deep south!

So we're just supposed to let little savages run around freely without any consequences for their otherworldly behavior?

School administrators believe that they need to get tough on bad behavior, but there is little evidence that this is a deterrent

Let's see if HELL is a strong enough deterrent for them.

Sounds like the kid should get used to a lifetime of those handcuffs. Parents can be so proud...Pictures on the wall the kid going to the prom the kid on his 1st bicycle and the kid standing his 1st line up!

My brother was tied to his chair with a skipping rope for not sitting still, then got a beating at home because the school had phoned my mother.

Maybe instead of sitting around wringing there hands asking whats wrong with these kids, the lazy mothers should get off their butts and actually raise their kids.

Parents need to parent and stop blaming external sources (police, government, schools, doctors, Mickey Mouse, McDonalds, Pepsi Cola, facebook, colour blindness, genetically modified chicken, red shoe laces, Pasta carbonara, etc) for THEIR failings to keep THEIR kid under control.

They come over here causing a ruckus, yet our governments insist on giving aid BACK to Africa?

I feel sorry for the young, white, true Americans having to share a classroom with the troublesome negra. It must be distracting when trying to learn with a darkie messing around; during my education I visited a zoo with the rest of my privately schooled peers. We were meant to be taking notes on all the animals, but I was completely transfixed by the monkeys. I failed the project (it was biology, so a waste of time anyway) but it demonstrates just how hard it is to concentrate when faced with an outsider.

Who cares? Once your kid is under the control of the public school system they can do anything they want. They basically become the surrogate parent when they have custody of your unruly child.

The mother of this child should be thanking the poorly paid teachers who have to do extra duty to discipline her kid. He should have been taught at home how to behave, right?

That wouldn't have happened if the little darky was at work instead of wasting taxpayer money sitting in a school. By 6 they should all understand the fundamentals of topping tobacco or picking beans. If they would put just half as much energy into their careers as they do into raping and killing one another maybe Jesus would have some sort of area for them in Heaven, or at least a suburb of Heaven. Maybe near the tracks or the docks.

This is truly wonderful and this should be a lesson to unruly niglets everywhere, and I know a thing or two about unruly niglets! You should see some of the kids I have to deal with that come through my Niglets Ministry. Usually by age 6 they're already flashing gang signs and sexually harrassing white girls in the school. Only after proper Christian education, discipline, and much-needed corporal punishment do these niglets show a little humility and submissiveness. You need to break their spirit to the point where they won't even look you in the eye and "sir" is every other word they use. Believe it or not, negroes can actually be tamed and civilized.

If I were a teacher in a public school that allowed Negro children to attend, I would be sure to stock up on elephant tranquilizer to control those beasts!! Thankfully, we've found a way around that problem here in the Freehold school district..... creative annexation.
