Wellington, Nov 24 (IANS) In the worst mining disaster in New Zealand in nearly 100 years, all 29 miners trapped 120 metres underground died Wednesday when a second explosion tore through the Pike River coal mine, ending in tragedy a six-day anxious wait for their families.

Praise Jesus! Our prayers were answered. I'd of hated to of footed the bill for some pointless rescue attempt. Hopefully this will teach them for messing with the roof of Hell. On the plus side, I am sure the fall was a short one.

You sons of bitches. I thought you were horrible, demented people for hating gays and atheists and anyone who wasn't something you perceive as a "pure race". That was your opinion, and while I despised it, you we're entitled to it. Then I read this. This is past opinion. This is past racism. This is pure evil. No arguements, no, validation, no bible quotes on why it was right. Nothing validates someones death. I don't care who it is or what they've done, you never cheer for someone's death. Those people had families, friends, children who will never see their loved ones again. I am offended by how you treat these miners. They were good people who died at what they loved. But alas they can't be recovered due to there being more methane explosions and a fire. And we do not fall off the edge. I am still here alive and well
