We aren't making any of this up. It is all in the Holy Bible. Those "secrets of the universe" and "every single thing people are supposed to do" you mentioned -- they are all in there.

God is right. The only reason we are also right is because we read and obey His Word. These aren't just our opinions here. This all comes from the Bible.

We don't have to worry about any of those "what if" questions, because we know what God is like because God tells him about Himself in the Bible.

If you think God is against war, then you simply haven't read the Bible. God LOVES war!

Exod 15:3 The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name.

Why don't you take the time to read the books of Numbers, Joshua, and Judges, and then come back and tell us that God doesn't like war, pillage, rape, and killing. Those are the most action packed books in the Bible. I'd love to see the Kendrick Brothers put out a big movie trilogy based on those books.

No, he died because only Levites descended from Kohath were allowed to touch the ark, and he wasn't a Kohathite. If he was, he would have been fine.

Upon request I will cite scripture for all these facts in God's Holy Word.

What's with the infractions? You know any troll doesn't care if they are banned, warned, gets an infraction or anything. They like to mock, and just show how you "True Christians™" look to everyone else. I have my beliefs, and stick to them. I do believe there was a Jesus, and he was a great man. The Bible commands us to stay clear of unsaved scum. That's why we have that big banner outside our church that says "UNSAVED=UNWELCOME."

Because you are not listening. They are spreading the word and you are not reading it. How much tolerance would you like when next week you clearly will have the same attitude? I have to ask the same as others: Why are you here? I came looking for a deeper understanding of my own spiritual experience and not to change an ENTIRE BELIEF SYSTEM belonging to a large group of people written in what history considers the most accurate version of God's word. I never even once thought I would change LBC with my own special personal commentary. Why on earth do you? You have had your little debate and it changed no one here. What are you trying to accomplish? Leave, if you do not like what LBC believes. You have that choice. Go back to your cut and paste quotes from corrupt churches and secular scholars and hang on to it with comfort.

Since you've asked, the answer is "No."
This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.

If you mean "Christians" as in salad bar Christian then yes, Satan dupes them all the time. How ever we TRUE Christians(tm) are ready for the tricks of sinners. We know all about the games God mocking Atheists play.

The bible surely does NOT promote intolerance. In fact...

“Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you (Matthew 7:12).”

That seems to say that you in fact should NOT judge people, correct? Which is tolerance, correct? In the bible, the LORD says that it is not our place to judge, in multiple places!

                      No, friend. Matthew 7:12 says...
12Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

Which is an old testament quotation.

                      Maybe you mean Matthew 7:1-2...
If so, you have won the award for the one millionth person to quote Matthew 7 out of context...
Jesus is speaking of hypocritical judgment here, not judging anything or anyone.

3And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
4Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
5Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

Jesus ends it with a warning not to give out Salvation to people who will merely try to take it to their own advantage.

6Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.
Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.

OK, first of all, the only version we use here is the KJV 1611, not the NIV. Secondly, it would be more appropriate to post that scripture as Matthew 7:1-2, so as not to confuse it with Matthew 7:12, which reads like this:

"Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets." Matthew 7:12

Now, Matthew 7:1-2 should read like this:

"Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again." Matthew 7:1-2

Now, to REALLY get the whole picture, it helps if we look at the three next verses:

"And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye." Matthew 7:3-5

Pay special attention to Matthew 7:5, because it is that verse that shows what is REALLY being said here.

Matthew 7:1-5, taken in context, is a prohibition against hypocrisy. For example, if I were a shoplifter, I shouldn't be judging people for shoplifting. If, however, I am NOT a shoplifter, then it is perfectly alright for me to judge shoplifters and inform them that they are committing sins.

Now, if you would like to read more, Rev. Jim Osborne has already posted an excellent sermon on this very topic!

So do you judge women for being open with their bodies to men, while you made a thread looking for a man and positively responded to a masturbation reference in the process, that a "True Christian" made?

And yes, I have read all of it, my apologies, I was misinformed on the quote, but it still stands that the bible never commanded judgement, just did not condone it.

Did you know Bestiality wasn't condoned in some American States until 4 years ago? It's one of those things you just don't do, same with judging other humans. For it is not our place to judge.

                          I forgot the verse, but:

“And be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.”

First of all, I'd like to thank you for spreading your hateful and perverted lies about me and True Christians™! You only prove that we are blessed.

"Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you." Matthew 5:10-12

And yes, I do judge women for being open with their bodies. Now that I have been cleansed of sin from my hateful past there is no hypocrisy in doing so. And as for your insinuation about "m" references, may I remind you:

"Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled." Titus 1:15

Any sexual innuendos you saw are because you are a hateful, Godmocking pervert.

And yes, I have read all of it, my apologies, I was misinformed on the quote, but it still stands that the bible never commanded judgement, just did not condone it.
Maybe you should read it again.

"Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour." Leviticus 19:15

"The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment." Psalm 37:30

"Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment." John 7:24

"But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man." 1 Corinthians 2:15

Read my previous comment where I have pointed out where the Bible tells us to judge, and stop talking about bestiality, you hateful little pervert.

Lycia The Repentant you are an intolerant false teacher. Your words are not in line with the bible and you must shut up at once!

The bible teaches that there will be false teachers spreading lies and you are one!

We must be tolerant and not judge others but encourage through leading by example.

Forgive them and hate the sinner not the sin. You are a disgrace

So you lead by example JUDGING, INSULTING, FLAMING and contradicting your own feeble-minded self.

You're not inbred by any chance are you?
