  • Mormons Have Gone Rogue

While Mormonism is not one of our True Christian™ branches, it has had several things going for it. Marriage and lots of children has been the rule. Especially good were rules about how women were to dress. The rules were specific:

    --no short shorts or skirts
--no shirts that do not cover the stomach
    --no tight clothing
    --no tattoos
--no body piercing (girls can have one in each ear)
    --no shoulders showing
--nothing low cut in front or back

The new Mormon law dropped all of these rules. It tells women to use their own judgment. Good luck Mormons--have you read the Bible? Eve used her own judgment and we got The Original Sin.

Mormons should follow the lead of Landover Baptist Church. Our Pastor Zeke decides what he enjoys looking at and whatever that happens to be becomes the law.

Are double ear piercings and sleeveless tops OK now for Mormon teens? (religionnews.com)

Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

Dooooon't care. Mormonism may be an Abrahamic religion but it's no more Christian than Judaism, Islam, Rastafarianism, or Theistic Satanism. Frankly I'd say the Mormons "went rogue" when Mitt Romney voted to impeach Trump.
I was sinking deep in sin far from the peaceful shore,
    Very deeply stained within, sinking to rise no more;
But the Master of the Sea heard my despairing cry,
From the waters lifted me, now safe am I!

Good judgment ultimately comes to men from God but absent a man to advise, in the case of women, it comes from the experience of bad decisions. It stands to reason, therefore, that women's judgment will be based on bad decisions.

On the face of it, this should mean that women don't make the same mistake twice - but, from experience, a man knows this is not so.

Telling a woman to use her substandard judgment is not at all helpful, but then thinking that magic underwear will take you to heaven is not helpful either.

I cannot help but reach the conclusion that terminal dementia has reached the Church Office Building in Utah.
