And I do agree with you on the matter that taking the Bible litterally is vital for salvation, it was merely the way of discussing the Holy Word that disturbed me.
    I'm glad you ask, I read in my Bible every day, 20 pages with my husband after dinner. From the beginning to the end. And then I read before I go to bed, but those are more selected passages, for example I love to read the psalms before I go to sleep, they seem like the best inspiration to prayer

    Ezikiel; I wish you had the wisdom of your brother here, as he clearly understands how to lead a fruitful dialouge. You have a lot to learn from him, he is intelligent, respectful and humble. Not a combination you find often. And therefore people listens to him. You should try it, it's a nice feeling.

            We can see here that God regretted created mankind (and beasts). It wasn't about making second chances. God saw how evil and violent people were, regretted creating them, and decided to destroy them. Noah was spared because he was the only good man left on this earth.

                      There has been a misunderstanding. I take the bible litterally, and I dress modestly, what you guys normally connect to the term "goth" is not what I am. I appriciate victorian architecture, called gothic. And I am a big fan of the litterature connected to the period. I don't kill babies, I don't worship satan. I am about to get married, and I live by the word of God.

                        If you take the Bible literally, then why do you consider some chapters to be "good" and some to be "bad"? You're supposed to follow ALL of it. Oh yeah, and you shouldn't be a fan of ANY literature other than the 1611 King James Version Authorized Holy Bible. Everything else is the work of Satan.

                          So you can't read other books? There's bound to be some True Christian writers out there....
                          I never said that I only like certain chapters of the Bible, I said that; I read a lot af different books, but no book has ever struck me with lightning like the Holy Bible. I have read it all. And I follow it all. The bible says about womens clothing that it should be modest and not draw unecessary attention. That is what I live by.

                              But "strange" can only refer to the norm. Strange according to the norm. It states that you'll have to wear whatever the norm is, the people that you are among state the norm. If I wore white in a flock of blue-wearing people that would be strange too..
