KNOXVILLE — A federal jury Friday convicted Sarah Palin e-mail intruder David C. Kernell of felony destruction of records to hamper a federal investigation.
Jurors also convicted Kernell of unlawfully obtaining information from a protected computer, a misdemeanor. The jury acquitted Kernell, 22, of felony wire fraud...The felony records destruction charge carries a maximum possible 20-year prison sentence

Sarah Palin, who as a supporter of freedom and small government supports Cheneys almost legal wiretapping of citizens, rightfully compared the prankster to Nixon. After all, as Nixon, like Kernell, gave out information about politicians to the public, with the Freedom of Information Act.
Some call David C. Kernell a "prankster", but clearly he is a master hacker, who used sophisticated techniques: he "reset Palin’s password using her birthdate, ZIP code and information about where she met her spouse — the security question on her Yahoo account, which was answered (Wasilla High) by a simple Google search". Obviously only a master hacker could get through Sarah Palin's security, since as a republican she is all about security.
David C. Kernell could have satisfied his curiousity by getting a respectable job secretly wiretapping for Cheney. But he didn't. The right to privacy may be a quaint concept for commoners, but not for politicians.
Pray that David C. Kernell gets 20 solid years of getting "butthurt" thanks to "surprise buttsex" while Jesus "lulz".
