I know you are such a pedant with regards spelling and grammar so if I could possibly correct you (yet again)

Just stopping by. Taking a quick break from making styrofoam nun's for my church.

Now unless the nuns (plural) belonged to styrofoam, as in Jesuit nun's, the apostrophe would be unnecessary. What I think you are trying to say is that multiple nuns (no apostrophe) are being made from styrofoam.

Do you have any photos of your styrofoam nuns?

How embarrassing...all of this weight loss is really taking it's toll on me. Soon I'll be spelling color the Canadian way.

For now, until I get my head back on straight I'll get off my soap box.

No pictures of my nuns, I don't own a camera anymore (had to sell it for styrofoam).

We are well aware of Sister Sarah's celebration of English as a living language. It's good to see someone delight in the richness and texture of English. All to often we get pathetic justifications for ignorant dialects like ebonics.

We are well aware of Sister Sarah's celebration of English as a living language. It's good to see someone delight in the richness and texture of English. All to often we get pathetic justifications for ignorant dialects like ebonics.

Right on! It's like Sarah herself confessed in one of her latter tweets: Her facility with the English language compares favorably with Shakespeare's! She tweeted:

"Refudiate," "misunderestimate," "wee-wee'd up." English is a living language. Shakespeare liked to coin new words too. Got to celebrate it!
