Dogs do not go to hell!! They cross the rainbow bridge to spend eternity in doggie heaven chasing cats. I don't think dogs can go to hell because they don't have free will. Dog's do not go to Heaven. I am sure God makes an exception for Petal's baptized kittens, but mostly animals are not allowed in Heaven. Only True Christians are allowed there.
