Miracle Mansion, aka 10th CenturyLand! Christian Amusement park!
Miracle Mansion is the Christian answer to Sin City Jr. aka Disneyland. While Disneyland's centerpiece building is the 19th-century fantasy-inspired Cinderella's Castle, our Christian Amusement park will have "a 10th century European castle".
I think it's a great idea that Christians are creating a place where people can leave the sinful 21st century, and return to the good old days of the 10th century.

For decades, the most vivid images of rebellion, violence and indecency have permeated our culture through popular media. Powerful forces have exercised great influence—infiltrating the minds of our children and hijacking their innocence. Once happy homes have been reduced to mere dwelling places as family unity is eroded by the steady stream of negativity that gains entrance under the guise of "entertainment."
Tragically, any acknowledgment of God or the Bible is either avoided or met with contempt.
But a growing number of people around the country are standing up. These are moms and dads, pastors and educators, professionals and homemakers—"regular" people who have had enough and refuse to surrender to the madness.
They have joined forces to bring a dream to reality.
That dream is Miracle Mansion—a unique family-centered entertainment media complex being developed on 73 prime acres outside of Washington, DC. The centerpiece of this complex will be a 10th century European castle that will house a 1500-seat performance theatre and media production studios. Plans also include a 2000-seat outdoor amphitheater, a state-of-the-art convention center, two hotels, and 165,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space—all situated on a pristine escape highlighted by mystical lighting and serene walkways.
Miracle Mansion will produce dynamic original musical productions for stage. Each story will feature the often-inexplicable presence of a "miracle." Each guest will have the opportunity to designate a portion of their ticket price to someone in need. Film production, animation, publishing, arts education with a biblical worldview and community outreach will be at the heart of this vibrant media center and destination.
Miracle Mansion is the vision of Dr. Michael Baldwin—a pastor, musician, producer, husband and father of two. He and many others realize that the time for Miracle Mansion has come! This project is redefining family-centered media in America. But it cannot be done alone. By the grace and power of God we must work together to build a legacy for our families and the generations to come.

GroundSwell73 is an exciting campaign to unite 7,300 impassioned individuals as the initial "Co-Founders" in The Miracle Mansion Project.
