Your username confuses me. If you love God so much, why do you insist questioning His motives for making Jesus white? Several people have already explained to you the proof Jesus is white, so why are you still argue about light-colored negros?
It is common knowledge that Jesus is the Son of God, not necessarily Mary's. Because of this, why would he need to get skin-color or even appearance at all from His mother? Clearly God made Him His favorite color. If He liked middle-east color more, He would have made Jesus that skin color.
I feel so blessed that God gave me the same color as Jesus! <3

Hmm. Did I word that correctly? What I am meaning is that Jesus can resemble whatever God wants him to resemble. It does not matter about being born in the middle-east, because God overshadowed Mary.

Rather than "cherry picking" (as you probably see it) I've just highlighted your whole post. Language should be precise. Words are assigned specific meanings. The trouble with political correctness is that words are not assigned meanings and no decisions can ever be made. The best "outcome" would be a "consensus" but what actually happens is that some enclave "finds the words" that no-one actually disagrees with and then some autocrat just proceeds with the original plan anyway. Jesus was not white. The Middle East did not begin "whitening" up until the Greeks and the Romans took over the region. Now take a moment and think. Jesus' Father was God---who IS A SPIRIT that is NOT dependent on melanin in the skin----and his mother was Mary. I am sure there were some physical traits there were from the Mom. It is more of a probability that Jesus was a person of color than a white man..He WASN'T Roman or Greek!! The early accepted depictions of Jesus were accepted by the Catholic church that OBVIOUSLY is white.
