    Fair and ruddy. And given the strict procreation laws of the time there is no doubt that the descendents up to Jesus would have the same countenance.

    As the Church describes her (future historical) love for Jesus throughout the Song of Solomon we are assured of His countenance:


    Song of Solomon 5:10 My beloved is white and ruddy, the chiefest among ten thousand.

      As Pastor Manning points out, God ordered the murder multitudes of men, women and children in order to keep the blood pure. So these godless biblically illiterate ignoramuses need to understand that the ruddy and fair characteristics endured. Jesus was definitely NOT some hairy foreigner reeking of camel urine and goat afterbirth.

        Hi, I have a question.

        Is the picture of Jesus we know as today, really Jesus?
        I mean, back then in Jesus' time, there was no camera. People can do painting, but the bible never said anything about Jesus' appearance being painted, drawn, etc. And if it even have a painting, it should have been rotten and turned into dust because of thousand years old. The bible said that Jesus is just an ordinary looking man, not specific.

        So how did people nowadays sure that the appearance of Jesus is really this?:

                            Jesus was not white. The Middle East did not begin "whitening" up until the Greeks and the Romans took over the region. Now take a moment and think. Jesus' Father was God---who IS A SPIRIT that is NOT dependent on melanin in the skin----and his mother was Mary. I am sure there were some physical traits there were from the Mom. It is more of a probability that Jesus was a person of color than a white man..He WASN'T Roman or Greek!! The early accepted depictions of Jesus were accepted by the Catholic church that OBVIOUSLY is white. Michelangelo's depiction of Christ would obviously reflect the people whose culture was dominate....Sorry all you white Jesus lovers..the TRUTH is JESUS WAS NOT WHITE..NOT AT ALLLLL!!!!

                                You have NO command of the Hebrew Language....The word you are interpreting as "WHITE" in that text is "tzch" which actually is interpreted "brilliant" "bright" or "glowing"..but the word you missed is "RUDDY"..."Ruddy" in the original Hebrew is "ADUM" which means "red" .... hahaha you are funny. And here's the bigger point; this still does not prove the color of JESUS......Sorry you are wrong....Jesus was NOT white..but a person of color....sorry! you racists are funny
