Athiests are those who do not believe in God or the Bible. Why would they take BIBLICAL quotations as proof the Earth is flat? Would this not be just another reason for them not to believe the bible, if it claims proof of a flat earth? Athiests put their faith in science, not biblical studies. It matters not how many bibilical quotes prove the Earth is flat, because an Athiest doesn't believe in the bible.

Oh really now? If this is so true then I am MORE THAN SURE that they would of figured this out YEARS ago. Explorers never fell off the Earth Christopher Columbus sailed back to Spain which means (duh) he didn't fall off the Earth. So get me a map and point out the edge of the world. It has been a world wide known fact since 1492 when Columbus found America that the world is indeed round.

Of course some of the earlier explorers fell of the edge of the earth. That is why many of them did not return from their trips.

Just because Columbus discovered America does not mean the earth is a sphere. He did not fall of the edge of the earth because he knew which way to go and followed the shore lines.

Something can be flat and round, ie a coin. It is called a disc.

How do you know nobody fell off the earth? If they did, how would you know? You wouldn't! There's no way to tell if someone fell off the earth. It has happened millions of times. It's how most explorers died.

scientific proof the earth is round? try the shadow on the moon which makes it a crescent...it's rounded. Also, the reason a boat can dissapear over the horizon is because it's been covered by the curvature of the earth. And the reason you go over Iceland to get to England from Canada? Round.

Non of this is actually proof, let alone being scientific proof. All it is is wild speculation and some bible quotes thrown in to say it's proof. Why don't you show me a picture of the edge of the world? One that hasn't been photoshoped or isn't a painting.

Those pictures are fake have been made with Photoshop. Real pictures made from high altitude balloons clearly prove Earth is flat.
