How can the experiments I devised have holes in them if they prove the Earth is flat every time? No, the experiments would be a failure if you got different results each time. The scientific method requires a hypothesis (the Earth is flat) and an experiment (my 3 experiments) to get a conclusion (the Earth is indeed flat.). You need to accept the fact that the experiments do indeed show the Earth is flat. You can't deny scientific experiments and proof just because they don't conform to your worldview.



No, that is precisely the problem you people are causing! The Bible is the Word of God, and the Bible says the Earth is flat. By denying the Earth is flat, you are denying the inerrancy of the Bible. You are essentially saying that God's Word has holes in it.

If the Bible is wrong about the earth being flat, what else could it be wrong about? Did Moses part the Red Sea? Did he receive the ten commandments? Was Jesus born of virgin birth? Did Jesus even exist at all? Don't you see the slippery slope that entails?

The only conclusion therefore is the Bible is correct and anybody trying to prove the Earth is a sphere is misguided, stupid, and trying to erode faith.

In the modern world it has become a widely spread lie that the earth is round. Of course, this is impossible. If the earth is round, then why don't people just fall off at the bottom?

The answer is simple: The Earth is not round!

Now, if we take a look at some scripture, it clearly tells us the earth is not round but flat:

Jeremiah 16:19:
O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no profit.

According to Jeremiah 16:19, the earth has ends. There is no way a spherical earth could have ends, and therefore the earth must be flat. The Book of Revelation tells a similar story:

Revelation 7:1:
And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.

A spherical earth cannot have corners, it is scientifically impossible. The only logical explanation is that the earth is flat. Checkmate atheists!

Isaiah 40:22:
It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:

None of that says it's flat. Actually, Isaiah 40:22 can be just as easily interpreted to say that the earth is round.

Job 26:10
10 He drew a circular horizon on the face of the waters, At the boundary of light and darkness.

The boundary between day and night is a circle because the earth is round.

Also:
Luke 17:31-36
In that day, he which shall be upon the house top, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not turn back .... I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.... Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

This verse talks of day and night occurring at the same time. The simplest explanation is that the earth is round.

It's all circumstantial, of course, but so is every verse which you quoted.

If someone fell off the edge of the Earth, you wouldn't have any evidence now would you? The evidence would be, well, gone.

But, too be fair, I do believe a lot of those Bermuda Triangle stories involve people maybe going off the edge of the Earth. I'm not sure how it works, no one knows really, but that zone has a bunch of electric and magnetic disturbances, and I think it sets people on a course right over the edge. That explains why there are so many disappearances.

Please explain how you spread the heavens as a curtain... as a tent, over a Ball?

Oh and in case you think this is a mistranslation Isaiah uses the word "hug" meaning circle, if he meant ball he would have used the world "dur" in the original transcripts.

Well if you had bothered to read the REAL Bible, as opposed to some dumbed down version made to lead people to hell, you would notice that Job 26:10 doesn't mention circles at all. In fact I'm not sure how whatever Satanic version your using got from point A to B.

Okay, here's an experiment, go outside and use a flashlight, does it illuminate your entire back yard or driveway? Again, why are you so confused about the difference between a circle and a sphere. Oh, and I also thought it was rather funny that you could quote the KJV for this. I assume you're just Googling this from a site that switches between versions to suit their purposes.

No it is not circumstantial. The Bible clearly states that the world HAS ENDS ( Isaiah 11:12, Revelation 7:1, Job 38:13, Jeremiah 16:19, Daniel 4:11, Matthew 4:8 ) IT CANNOT MOVE ( Psalm 104:5, Psalm 93:1, Psalm 96:10. Ecclesiastes 1:5 ) IT HAS PILLARS ( Job 9:6 )

Or do you just pick and choose what parts of the Bible to believe?

How can something have four corners and ends if its round?
