I'm thrilled you brought up tsunamis and tides, since both of those prove the Earth is young, and not billions of years old like your pseudoscientists claim.
Imagine a swimming pool full of still water. What happens when you jump in? It causes waves and ripples. The water moves all around and crashes onto the edges of the pool. It takes about a half an hour for everything to finally calm down and return to stillness.
Now, the ocean is just a swimming pool and a much larger scale. The fact that you can see the waves and ripples shows the earth is not that old. If, it were in fact billions of years old, the ocean would have no waves. It would be as still as the swimming pool in the above example.
