Forgive me for saying so, but if you had read the KJV Bible, you would know this information. You must believe in Christ's temporary sacrifice, repent of all your sins permanently, get baptized, and accept His forgiveness. Read the KJV Bible. All of your answers are contained therein.

The more Bible you read, the better your chances are of Jesus not killing you.

Being I am a decent, honest man, I'll tell you how people got out of caves. They walked. Same way they got in.
Living in caves was very wise. Steady temp and humidity. Safe from predators (one way in and out) and very durable.
