    A serious Question

    Gday
I'll try my best to keep a straight face with this one. Its not meant to offend in any way, I'm just trying to understand you guys.
Ok, here is my question. If the world is 5000 years old and it was created in 6 days, how do you explain dinosaurs?

What's your problem? They were created by God.
Job:16:14: He breaketh me with breach upon breach, he runneth upon me like a giant.
Job:40:15: Behold now behemoth, which I made with thee; he eateth grass as an ox.
La:4:3: Even the sea monsters draw out the breast, they give suck to their young ones: the daughter of my people is become cruel, like the ostriches in the wilderness. (notice the ostrich is a mammal)

      Re: A serious Question

      It's 6000 years old.

Dinosaurs were antediluvian beasts, "giants" who roamed the Earth and were destroyed by the Flood. At that time many of their bones were preserved in the sediments deposited by the Flood.

There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown. Genesis 6:4

Oceanic beasts like icthysaurs and moasaurs, who were obviously not drowned in the Flood, must have died of embarrassment after finding that all their terrestrial relatives had been killed by God. It is not exactly pleasant to know that all your friends are so hated by the Supreme Ruler of the Universe that He flooded the whole Earth.

As far as geologic dating goes, most geologists are too nerdy to date and should just hold hands until they get their rocks off. (JOKE!)

But seriously, we all know that the radioactive isotopes used in finding the ages of rocks decayed at different rates in the past. Around 5000 years ago the flux of cosmic rays was so much higher that it affected the way carbon-14 and potassium-40 and goofium-5 and whatnot behaved. So all the dates proposed by geologists are simply wrong.

Interestingly, cosmic ray fluxes at that level would have also cooked living cells like eggs in a blacksmith's forge. Surely the Hand of God worketh in miracles.

        Think of it this way:

All the contradictory evidence that supports dinosaurs existing not less than 6,000 years ago but over 60 millions ago was all put there by God to test your faith. And if there's something that members of this forum have it's too much faith.
I would like you to meet my imaginary friend, God.

You know, my faith in your being savable was all built up until that final sentence.

                  Re: A serious Question

Anytime someone makes it a point to claim they have a "serious" question, it's obvious that they're really asking a dishonest question that's intended to offend and anger the religious community.

The fact that this Baptist community has allowed this vile question to remain visible on the Internet is a testament to the fact that they are working against the holy Pope and all the great work he has done to remove infidels from Earth.

The vast diatribes describing the perversions of the Catholic Cult and that antiChrist drag queen they call the Pope are other subtle clues you could have found, were you a tad more observant.

Mr. Rodimer, your perverted obsession with our Pope is both startling and disturbing. You appear to be attracted to the Pope and I suspect you also have X-Rated fantasies about him.

Please stop having those thoughts about His Holiness.
