Emos tend to be spoiled teens who complain about everything, but never offer solutions for anything, usually to attract sympathy through self-pity. They need to be tied to chairs and tortured physically and emotionally to understand true pain.

My dear, you need to understand that pain is not the objective during the Biblically Approved™ punishment procedures. Rather, pain is the means to achieve the objective of eternal Salvation.

A loving father beats his children every evening:

14 Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell.

Dumb children can be made into smart ones just by beating:

Proverbs 22:15 - Foolishness [is] bound in the heart of a child; [but] the rod of correction shall drive it far from him.

Therefore, it is an obligation of a parent to train up a child:

Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

Hence, the emo kids should be beaten not to make them feel pain, just to beat the emo stupidity out of them.

Indeed, Sister. Very true. It brings me no real pleasure to march my children out to the Giving Tree for them to break off a switch. It gives me no pleasure to march them to their father to take responsibility for their sin. It gives me no pleasure to deny them the soothing balm or supportive word that would lend relief to their welts and comfort to their souls. It gives me no pleasure to watch them as they stand in humiliation, confessing their sins to their father and the pastor, in detail, how they may have felt, who else they can implicate, or how private the act. It gives me no pleasure to see their little eyes gloss over like dolls' eyes when their father comes home, knowing he will not tolerate misbehavior. It gives me no pleasure to my flesh, but my spirit rejoices, for each strike they receive against flesh and spirit is one more lesson they've learned about obedience and servitude. This alone is what the LORD requires of them. This is what it means to accept Christ Jesus as LORD.

Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter:
Fear God, and keep his commandments:

You have a good point. Perhaps a better solution is to ridicule them so that they will not receive the arousal that they crave and make them more depressed to the point where they repent and follow Christ to salvation.

Only the Lord knows why we haven't discovered this cure for Emoism sooner!

1. Cut off the electrical cord from an old toaster, lamp, or other gizmo.

2. Separate the two wires and strip off a few inches of insulation.

Oh really? Remember in '04 (on "mother's day", incidentally) when Jesus told Dianna Laney to smash in her young childrens' heads with a rock?
Her actions were sanctioned by The Lord, and cannot be considered murder, as she was merely acting as an instrument of His will. In fact, she was even acquitted by a secular jury.
Praise Jesus for rewarding her steadfast obedience.

Her actions were sanctioned by The Lord, and cannot be considered murder, as she was merely acting as an instrument of His will. In fact, she was even acquitted by a secular jury.

How can you not believe that? It wouldn't exactly be the first time God ordered someone to kill their child: Genesis 22:1-2

And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of.

I don't understand how you can say these things are wrong when the Bible clearly shows they aren't. Seriously, what's wrong with you that you can't see God's will in this?

Dear Sinner,

God's goodness and mercy is sometimes beyond our comprehension. Sometimes God sees it fit to have cities destroyed, men killed and the virgins and children taken into custody (in modern American, kidnapping children and using them as spoils of war for fornicatory purposes). While we cannot be certain that the cases you mentioned were directly ordered by Jesus, there are many precedents of Him actually commanding exactly those things!


Deuteronomy 20:13-14
And when the LORD thy God hath delivered it into thine hands, thou shalt smite every male thereof with the edge of the sword: But the women, and the little ones, and the cattle, and all that is in the city, even all the spoil thereof, shalt thou take unto thyself; and thou shalt eat the spoil of thine enemies, which the LORD thy God hath given thee.

God make also take revenge on some people by killing their children.

2 Samuel 12:11-14
Thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will raise up evil against thee out of thine own house, and I will take thy wives before thine eyes, and give them unto thy neighbour, and he shall lie with thy wives in the sight of this sun. The Lord God also endorses cannibalism in particular situations but not all kinds of cannibalism (we must be careful) but only the eating of one's own offspring!

And thou shalt eat the fruit of thine own body, the flesh of thy sons and of thy daughters, which the LORD thy God hath given thee, in the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee:

I don't claim to understand all the commands of Jesus but I accept them and appreciate them as they are for our own good. The precice nature of this goodness will become clear to us in due course with the End of Days and the subsequent Glorious entry into Heaven!

Jesus didn't throw one single stone at the guilty, adulterous woman when He had every right to as the son of God. Jesus had lunch with the thieving tax collector. Jesus didn't punish the woman at the well who'd had 5 husbands and was living with a guy unmarried, He offered her life! He offered them all love and life and grace and mercy through Him.
