      It is absurd to think that Landover is a cult! Landover Baptist is the only True-Church.

      And we know that the wicked are the ones who accuse the True-Christians of Landover Baptist Church of being a cult.

        oh no this could'nt be a cult at all could it, it just has rediculously extremist views which all its subscribers seem to share, and your answers to defend it are like cult chants, im talk to Moon Flower here, "I live withing the beautiful pearly gates of Landover and work for one of their very own." this reaks of utter crap, and implys that land over is recruting, and i love how you say that you live in peace when landover seems to have some seriouse issuse with gays and there rights to even exist on this earth.

          Of course LBC is not a cult! Cults subvert the worship of God, Jesus Lord and obediance of His Word to some other figure who claims to be speaking for God while offering his own words as His Word.

          At LBC, we may support our Pastors, but we worship God alone. We express our worship with submission and faith through obediance to His Word. Its words are His Word and it is not our place to suggest that He is extreme when it comes to judging homosexuality or any other matter. We are not extreme so much as we are EARNEST.

          We do not allow ourselves to be swayed by the judgment of men. God tells us in His Word that every word of His scripture is useful for learning and direction. That is why we strive to learn from His Word and take it-- and it alone --as our direction for life. That, and the fact that we don't want to go to hell.

          LBC a cult? Please.
