First of all in my original comment i wasn't suggesting that in order to critic something you must first try it, instead I was merely commenting on the OP's lack of knowledge about the rules and concept of soccer that one would not have if they have played the game or at least watched it. In addition your example with the bridge is completely irrelevant as any one would know the effects that jumping of a bridge would have on ones body without the need to try it. In the case of soccer not every knows or understands the rules unless they have played the game or at least watched the game.

Well, let's see. Can I make a criticism of genocide even though I've never witnessed one? Can I make a criticism of sexual abuse even if I've never personally seen/experienced it? You can make criticism of those things because you I'm assuming you have knowledge of those things i.e you've researched and know what those things consist of and the effects they have on people allowing you to understand and speak about those subjects.

However, if you have not played or watched soccer I'm going to assume you do not know the rules how the game is played. If you do not know the rules how can you make judgements about a game you do not understand

Free speech is having the legal rights to express your opinion. Speaking about a topic you are uneducated about, while you are legally able to, doesn't mean that others who are more educated on the topic are not able to correct you.

Again you have misread what I've posted. Im not saying that you are unable to form an opinion of soccer without playing it. Im saying that in order to make a judgement you need to know and understand the rules. The most common and easiest way to do so is through playing or watching the game itself.

You can have an educated opinion about the things you mentioned in your last post such as genocide because you have been educated on it. Im simply suggesting that the same applies to soccer. You cannot create opinions that make accusation such as the OP without knowing the basic rules of the game. In the same way you cannot create opinions on mass genocide if you do not know what mass genocide is.

As soccer was invented after the creation of the bible there is not direct teachings about the game. Meaning its open to interpretation. Just because you think that one verse means something it doesn't mean that everyone has interpreted it that way. Id rather educate myself on a topic than leave it to trying to come up with a common interpretation of a bible verse that was created years and years before the issue or topic exists

#1 Soccer is all about lying and cheating!
The most common way to win a soccer match is to trick the referee into giving you a penalty by feigning an injury, to make it appear as if a foul has been committed. Soccer players are specialized in dropping down and pretending to be hurt. They study children of 3 years or younger to learn how to perfect this technique. If the match is very important, like a world championship, they usually just bribe the referee to win.

First of all this statement is one of the many that led me to the assumption that you are extremely unfamiliar with soccer. In this statement you say that feigning injury is a common way to get penalties. As someone who actually plays soccer and knows the rules you only receive penalties if the linesman or referee witness the tackle or whatever that leads to the injury or if its a blatant foul. If the referee or linesman do not see the event they can not give penalties. If the injury is being faked they will not give penalties. This statement does mention the rules of soccer as if you knew them you would know this. Also no where teaches children to feign injuries. Id like to see the source where you got that information from.

Even though soccer doesn't require any athletic talent or advanced motor skills, soccer players somehow convinced themselves to be very special

To play soccer you need to be fit and you need to have the to be able to run with the ball and control it. Again I know this through experience I would like to see the source where you got this information from.

If you have a very strong stomach and you can watch soccer for a few minutes without puking your guts out, just pay attention to a single player. It doesn't matter which one. Most of the time this player will either be standing still, or slowly walking from one place to another. If you look even closer you will notice all players only cover a small part of the playing field to minimize the chance of getting tired to an absolute minimum.

This isn't being lazy its being smart. Have you ever heard the phrase "let the ball do the work"? Having players run the length of the whole field is stupid when you can simply have players cover smaller areas. Also have you played soccer? Im asking because i have played for many years and it is not simply walking around being lazy.

Most soccer training and soccer matches are on Sundays! Satan deliberately designed soccer this way to doom as much people as possible to Hell by preventing them from going to Church!

While this is true most soccer games are on Sunday what prevents you from attending a later service in the day?

Soccer is all about grown man hugging and touching each other in ways only gays would approve off. The favorite part of a soccer match is when the actual match is over and all players can get naked together in a huge shower. There is not a single soccer player in the world who is not gay. It's reasons like this that make ultra-gays like Sir Elton John a soccer fan

Again i would like to see the source you have for these facts. My father played soccer for a majority of his life and he has six children and is married to a women. Is he gay?

If a bunch of soccer hooligans would have attacked Afghanistan, we would have won already! Soccer violence is without limits and is the most extreme form of violence known to man. Soccer hooligans are all totally insane psychopaths who completely lose every shred of humanity.

All sports have a level of intensity and violence to them thats why precautions are taken to keep the players safe such as shin pads and the rules that prevent you from incorrectly slide tackling and raising your legs too high. I do agree that it can get violent but anything can get violent if the rules are not followed.

It is very common for soccer fans to wear Nazi symbols and to shout Nazi insults during soccer matches. In German concentration camps zyklon was used to kill as many Jews as possible. For this reason Umbro named their extremely popular soccer shoe Zyklon!

While you say that I've made an incorrect assumption of the fact that you don't know the rules i have to say that i cannot believe you until you prove it because from your post it seems like you do not understand the game at all.

I have read the post and i did initially try to understand your point of view but there is no correlation between your arguments and the little evidence you have provided. If you think that i still misunderstand I'm happy to hear you explain your opinions.

I mean no disrespect and id rather not get any infractions for this. Im simply asking you to provide sources to clarify you arguments as you're right i don't understand the comparison and example you've given

You can argue any point no matter how stupid and add any bible passage to 'prove' your point because they're all open to personal interpretations therefore can they really be evidence in circumstances where the issue is not directly mentioned? My issue was not with the bible verses but more so with the arguments themselves as i explained. Making up facts and not providing sources can't be fixed by simply adding a bible verse for example:

Lets all commit suicide because God wants us too. In fact 90 percent of the population die by suicide because its guaranteed to allow us to achieve salvation. 2 Corinthians 5:6-8 So we are always of good courage. We know that while we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord, for we walk by faith, not by sight. Yes, we are of good courage, and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord.

Is that not the same thing that the OP has done? Again I'm genuinely curious and mean no harm through any of my posts. I simply want you to understand my point of view and for me to understand your point of view.
