No, else the question would have been phrased, "Why are all Juggalos Retardeds?".

The placing of the "all" in this question infers that the OP is asking why all of the Juggalos/Juggalettes (and the even more laughable "Ninjettes") that have visited Landover have been retardeds. I even detect a note of hope that there may be, somewhere, a make-up wearing fan of ICP with an IQ larger than their American shoe size. Unfortunately, my experience has led me to conclude otherwise.

I'm like how most people on this forum are God believers, and are hating on a clothing scene that brought a lot of people together. Who knows what they're doing, yeah, they wear make-up and act cool, but what if someone had a problem, like a close friend passed away and all of their Juggalo friends helped him/her through it. Isn't that good in God's eyes?
