Because He told us so, sweetie. Here is a short list of what God Himself told us that He hates:

Leviticus 20:23. And ye shall not walk in the manners of the nation, which I cast out before you: for they committed all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.

Leviticus 26:30 And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you.

Psalm 5:5-6
5 The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity.
6 Thou shalt destroy them that speak leasing: the Lord will abhor the bloody and deceitful man

Not to mention totally false, there are people in the world with cerebral palsy, ADHD and ADD, all forms of autism, et cetera, et cetera, who are believers. You guys are just too blinded by hate to see that.

If any of these folks was a true believer, they would be cured already. Remember the story about faith of the size of a mustard seed?

No friend, it is not what I think. I know you are a bit slow and being a tolerant man, I'll let those inconsiderate words be ignored.
All that matters is what God thinks. You see, when faced with a question, I read the Bible for the answer.
If you think being a retard is a gift, then I'd love to give you a gift of the bill for my G550 annual. No, undoubtedly, your parents are ashamed of their behavior and are unwilling to amend their wrong.
You are right about the gift of Free Will. God gave that to us. You could use it to free yourself of retardism but instead, you throw your deformity into the faces of decent people who have desire to see the seedy underbelly of third world people. Personally, it seems a bit single minded and selfish of you to do that but I will not do anything about it. Gods tells us to let people be themselves. I an only help those that want help. You really need to read the entire Bible. Understand that God expects us to follow all of it and not skip over the parts we do not like. Friend, I follow the Bible. I never color my comments based on how I feel. Sure, there are parts of the Bible I find very distasteful. But I am merely a Chilf of God. It is not my place to assume (like you people do) that I know better than God.
God is your Creator. He created you as punishment for your parents sins. It is not your fault. However, your refusal to accept reality will only come back to haunt you, first as sleepless nights than in an eternity of tourture in Hell.
Imagine this:
You're riding your bike, all goofy and proud because your dad took off the training wheels. A Good Humor truck comes and runs over your gut, causing your body to burst and spray entrails all over the street.

You're dead
Whether due to your own disgusting sinning or the Lords divine will, you are dead. Instantly your soul begins falling towards the black abyss above Hell. The falling seems eternal as you gather speed and the heat begins to grow. Then you notice a red dot below you growing larger by the second, this is the Lake in the center of Hell. It is the brightest point in Hell therefore it is visible for a great distance. Keep in mind that the farther you fall, the further from Christ you are.
As you gain speed and the flames become apparent you may wonder how you can stop this from happening. The answer is simple. It's too late and you can't, you're doomed. Your soul is damned and it WILL happen. The temperature is now approaching the unbearable limit as your flesh begins to smoulder and ignite and you continue to build speed as you plummet toward the now visible boiling Lake of Fire. You can almost make out individual souls thrashing in the magma with your flaming eyesockets. Soon you will join them, your terror mounts as your screams become gargled with the stench of Hells evil smell. The heat becomes excruciating as you notice your skin peeling away and your bones becoming visible and black. Flaming and screaming in anguish, you splashdown into the acidic brimstone of Satans Lake at around 250 MPH. You are instantly vaporized and reformed as a tormented soul writhing in absolute terror in the deafening depths of the Lake that Burns Eternal. The pain is beyond comprehension as you gnash your teeth so hard they shatter in your mouth. Satan periodically plucks you from the flames to savagely rape repeatedly and casually tosses you to his infernal minions to rip apart and rape at will, only to be reformed and have this scenario repeated...over and over and over, forever.
Is it still funny mocking our mission to Save© your soul? We want you to enjoy Heaven and eternal praise and worship at the feet of our Saviour the Lord Jesus Christ.

Unless you are Saved™ by Jesus Christ and His Holy website and favorite church, Landover Baptist, there is no other way to avoid this.
