I don't know what to me. God came to me in a vision and told me to kill my sister for believing in evolution. I don't know what to do, because I'm inclined to obey the word of God, but it's my sister!

The Book of Deuteronomy does command us to kill unbelievers, but depending on the local laws of where you live this might not be possible at this time, because 1 Peter tells us to obey the laws of man. God has established every government for His own (that are sometimes confusing to us) reasons.
1 Peter 2:13 Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme;
14 Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well.

I am sure that you are a godless heathen who is deluded and beset by demons. I can find no Scripture requiring a believer in Evolution to be stoned per se. Unbelievers, yes but, the deluded, no. Those beset by demons (and this seems to run in your family) are to have those demons exorcised – do you have a herd of pigs handy? (See Mark Ch 5)
Next, you do not say if you are male or female. Traditionally, only males may stone.

Why do I think that? Because of the Words of Youth Pastor Marty. I don't believe God would tell you to do something which is directly opposed to His Law in the Bible. If "God" told you to fornicate with another woman, would you believe it as well? Of course not. As True Christians(tm), we have the ability to discern spirits:
1 John 4:1-3:
Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:
And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
In short, the Spirit of God would never ask you to ignore His Law. So, rebuke this spirit the next time it visits you, and try to convert your sister, instead of killing her. That's the best advice I can give you.
