Entrapment: Good enough for God, good enough for the FPD

You may have been reading in the newspapers that the FPD is catching some heat for "controversial" law enforcement techniques known as entrapment.

Entrapment is a highly efficient tool for weeding out criminals and locking them up. It's a test of the moral fiber of our community.

The truth is, we will not apologize for inducing people to commit crimes they might not have otherwise committed, because God Himself often does this.

The tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil in the garden of Eden is a prime example of what I like to call God's bait car. He simply placed the tree in the garden, told Adam and Eve not to eat from it, and sat back to watch the show.

Of course being God Almighty, he knew Adam and Eve would go right ahead and chow down on the fruit, but at least they couldn't say He didn't warn them. Of course they couldn't have sinned if God hadn't put the tree there, but God can do whatever he likes.

So for all you sinners out there reading this, the next time a member of Law Enforcement offers to sell you drugs and you accept and then find yourself being arrested, know that God may be testing you in ways you might not have imagined.

Great post, Brother Richards. Now folks can see why you have been named Freehold's Employee of the Century.

I might expand a little on your thoughts. It has to do with what church people belong to.

Let's face it, most people join the chruch or denomination of their parents. That, also, is part of the God's plan to tempt people into sin--to test them.

Most of the time, following in your parents' footsteps is the fast lane to hell. Only when your parents worshipped at Landover Baptist is it a good practice. God put all those other churches, Methodists, Presbyterians, Catholics, Hindus and the hundreds of others out there to test or entrap us.

Thanks to Brother Richards, you who read this have been warned.
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

There is NOTHING in the Constitution outlawing entrapment. Even the overly liebrul bill of rights has nothing against entrapment.

Freehold's finest are on solid constitutional grounds!

Entrapment is a $20 word, nothing more. A criminal is just that, a criminal. If the cops leave the keys in the car, and you steal it, it is a crime.

A bag of money found on the street? Do not touch it, flag down the nearest police car or Pastoral motorcade. Unless you are a criminal. Then pick it up, go directly to jail. Do not collect your $2,000,000.00

        Very simple.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

So true Brothers, if somebody offered me drugs I would not take them, therefore I could not be "entrapped". Entrapment only happens to those that would sin anyway.

Could I argue entrapment because the Government gave me a big wide open freeway on which to speed on?
PROOF: Atheists are too stupid to understand the Bible!

Proverbs 13:24(KJV): "He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes."

Galatians 4:16 Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?

That depends on how fast you are driving. In some states its OK to do 85,If it where me I would go with discrimination. Why do you have to drive slower than people in other states? Its not fair.

Always a pleasure to know that someone is candidly upholding the law . This makes me feel safe being an American citizen for sure.

Or we can go with the standard, if they're negroes, they're probably doing something wrong.
