I am having the north property separated and the trailer home park deeded separately. This will help with taxes and the resulting property line means their kids wont contaminate the nice school nearby. They will now be the counties problem. I am hopeful the local police will see this as my legal posting of this matter and accept this as legitimate notice of intent.

The way I see it is that, to the righteous, this board is about as public as you can get and is avidly read by all True Christians(tm). They are the only people whose opinion counts. Any objections will be laughed out of court.

Brother Marshal, if I may make one small suggestion. Ask that the trailer park be rezoned agricultural. Have the trailers classified as barns or other outbuildings. That will greatly reduce your tax burden, and will shift the responsibility of education from the city to that of the county. The Messicants that inhabit the " Farm" can be classified as " Farm Workers"

Well I guess turn about is fair play Marshall. You have mention some of the local county Board of Commissioners antics when making public announcements about public debates on tax increases.

BTW: how's that Indian burial mound thing doing in the courts Marshall? I though you had it sown up with that archeologist from AiG who pointed out the mound had to be hippie trash since carbon dating showed it to be an impossible 7,000 years old.

Permits signed and taxes reassessted. Heavens Light Mobile Court and the surrounding 42 acres is now deeded as privately owned gamelands. All I need now are the hunting acreage certifications and a privacy fence for the trailers. Hopefully Ill be able to fence it all in and grow some deer big enough to sell the hunts. Ill have to issue ID cards or something so the renters can get in and out. Maybe I can hire some of them to guard it from poachers, get them some nice uniforms and boots. Armed of course.
