Yes, yes, I'm sure you will tell me uncontrollable rage is not a Christian trait.

I have, however, just stumbled across such a gross distortion of God's word that I can not be expected to remain calm or rational.

What's got me in such an uproar, friends? Why, nothing less than a "Christian" Web site purporting to offer Biblical justifications for sex acts too abominable to even mention in polite company.

This is exactly the sort of thing John the Divine was speaking against here.

The more I look at that foul site, the more I wonder if perhaps the site's proprietors do not actually deceive themselves into thinking they are Christians. I am almost inclined to believe they are non-Christians masquerading as such, for the sole purpose of lampooning our faith.

Surely, there is a special place in Hell for somebody who would do such a thing.

I had the same feeling when I was reading all these articles. But I have a hard time thinking anyone would go to the trouble to set up a whole website for masquerading as Christians.

I think rather they are "smorgasbord" Christians, who pick and choose the parts of the Bible they like instead of reading it as a unified "whole" as we do. Nobody seriously reading the Pauline Epistles can possibly think that Apostle Paul would have condoned disgusting, sinful acts such as masturbation and oral sex.

Reading the crud on that Web site, I am reminded of the beliefs and practices I wallowed in before I got saved. I don't understand how anybody could think that shaving one's genitals is consistent with a Christian lifestyle.

The only way that could possibly be OK would be if you were trying to combat a lice outbreak.

After reading this I started praying zealously the end is nigh! Generally, there shouldn’t be almost anything more repulsive to True Christians™ than lewd desire and deeds, what else… of such kind.

Looking at that site, I have come to the conclusion that there are only two things the unsaved mind is incapable of: rational thought, and obedience to God's will.

Making a fake Christian Web site? Picking and choosing Bible verse to support ungodly deeds? Par for the course.
