And God said, Let there be light: and there was sound.

God's not intelligent. Prove - without the use of the contradictory Bible - me wrong.

Just because He created you, you think God is an idiot?

First of all, you cannot ask someone to prove a negative. That's just ridiculous.

Beyond that, the honus is on you for making the claim. We have nothing to defend.

You remind me of a very wealthy neighbor I once knew. One day his nigra chauffeur got sick, and he started complaining, "Why do I have to drive my own car? I don't like driving." With all that God has given you, you still find something to bitch about.

A better question would be why does God make some things (like dying for our sins) His job. He already did the hard part for us.

Is He some like some cruel boy that likes to torture bugs?
More like a teacher who gives you an F if you don't do your homework. The stakes are just a lot higher.

If so, how can our God be loving and forgiving?
Why do you expect Him to love you if you don't love Him back? Remember 1 John 4:8, He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. Or 1 Corinthians 16:22, If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema. If you don't know God--and, obviously, you don't--don't expect His mercy.

Pour out thy fury upon the heathen that know thee not, and upon the families that call not on thy name.... Jeremiah 10:25

Re: And God said, Let there be light: and there was sound.

You only have to look around you to see the intelligence and mastery of GODS work. The human being was created to enjoy all the earth, sight to see all his beautiful work. Smell to enjoy the wonderment of nature and to smell the fragrance of the air and trees flowers everything. Taste so we can enjoy the wonderful fruitages of the earth that he gave to us through his love. Hearing to marvel at the noises of his animals and the natural beauty of sound around us. God made the earth for man and man for the earth , through his love and kindness we see all the intelligence in him through who we are and what is around us in the natural earth. The universe and all its stars in which it says that god even knows the names of all the stars, the planets the cycles and months. When we need rain when we need all these things they happen because God makes them happen for us. Now that is just a small part of his intelligence. God is almighty he don't need to prove himself to know one.
                    (2 Peter 3:10)

But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

                      Ling,

God wants to punish sin, but since He is good He is not going to create people just to torture them. Instead He gives you freewill so you can destroy yourself.

That's why you need to turn your free will over to God like we Christian did.

Time to reclaim our FREEDOM from the “Mullah in Chief” and his growing activist voter hoards of socialists, communists, anti-Semites, anti-Christians, atheists, radical gays and lesbians, feminists, illegal immigrants, Muslims, anti-Anglo whites and others.

God can be loving and forgiving and cruel and putting you in Hell for all eternity. See my signature for explanation.

Do not forget the tale of Job. My namesake Shai'tan was YHWH's gambling buddy and to win a bet Job was tortured EXACTLY like a cruel boy with a magnifying glass.

Back to the original topic. God is NOT that intelligent. The proof is in the Bible though, so you will have to read it for more insight.

Evidence A) YHWH was extremely threatened by the intelligence of humans. This is why Rule #1 was DO NOT EAT OF THE FRUIT OF KNOWLEDGE (or you might get smarter than me)!

Evidence YHWH was extremely threatened by the Tower of Babel, so he had terrorists fly planes into it and he mixed up our language so that we cannot design intelligently anymore. This was most likely because he was frightened of our intelligence but it is not a coincidence that he tore down a sizable phallic construct. YHWH was obsessed with chopping the tips of our schlongs off so that His could be called Biggest Dickus.

Evidence C) He set the market value of a human being at 30 shekels, forgetting that future editions of the Good Book would have to adjust for inflation and that most of us would forget how to even convert shekels to dollars. Duh.
                        Isaiah 45:6-7:
"...I am the LORD and there is none else. I form the light and create darkness. I make peace an create evil. I the LORD do all these things." (KJV)

As God created All it is no surprise he created evil.

You do not need to mention “Rule #1!, there was only one rule… a fine rule and quite a few less than there are in the world today.
“(or you might get smarter than me)!” have you a biblical reference for that?

Evidence YHWH was extremely threatened by the Tower of Babel, …general rubbish…

Just a note for all atheists, "God's done X, therefore God does not exist" arguments definitively don't work because God can do what he likes according to the scripture, he will always be right.

You can say no I don't believe, you can go for ages trying to convince yourself the Bible isn't by the CONTEXT of the Bible, but not the CONTENT, i'm afraid.
