I just started an account at LINK DELETED. The site helps people get used to buying and selling in the stock market, learning to make a profit off of the stocks, etc.... The site uses fake money, but it helps you learn and practice.
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions about what stocks I should invest in.

You know what good Christian practice I miss? Putting jerkoffs in the stocks for a few days, or just overnight if they are an annoying drunk or abusive family member. Throwing people in the stocks would work so much better than just putting them behind bars for a few days. For one thing, the whole community can get involved and pelt the so-and-so with rotten eggs or just ridicule them.

I have a couple of neighbors that have been a nuisance for years. They are always starting race riots or hitting each other with baseball bats or screaming or committing arson or being chased with a katana (I am not making this up). The cops come by all the time, especially in summer, but convictions are hard to come by in our modern 'justice' system.

Anyways, they are the type of people that you look at and realize what a great purpose the stocks, pillories, tarring & feathering, and other unusual punishments served. So, I think we should all invest in stocks and lobby for such punishments to be reinstated at the municipal level.
