Brothers and Sisters,
as True Christians™ and American Patriots, we must all be aware of the ultimate evil in America - TAXES!
Taxes were the foundation of this nation - GETTING AWAY FROM THEM THAT IS! The American Revolution was founded because of outrageous taxes being sent to the King of England. And somewhere, things went very wrong in America - now the ridiculous system has become embedded in our government!
Friends, "taxes" are just another word for stealing. It is the government STEALING our hard-earned money! We cannot tolerate this! The only institution to whom we owe a percentage of our income is the church, and believe me, churches do us a LOT more services than the government, and they are significantly more expensive to run!
Back in the good old days, if a taxman got uppity, we could simply lynch him and leave him outside the community as a warning. Nowadays, however, the government goons would probably arrest you for murder if you tried that
The solution is simple - eliminate ALL taxes. Absolutely NO money should be given to the government. You will see in no time America will return to be the great nation it once was.
Of course, there are perhaps some drawbacks to this. Some things which are taxes fund we may still want. Obviously, we all want big money going towards national defense, to protect our freedoms from foreign devils. Services like the mail system, public libraries, free roads, etc. help make all of our lives more convenient. Money towards public education is a plus (as long as the schools aren't teaching evolution). And of course, if we get laid off it would be nice to get unemployment insurance while we look for new jobs. But taxes are NOT the solution!
I think it would be much simpler if we all pooled together our money to pay for these things. Of course, not everyone would want to contribute, so we'd have to find some way of making it mandatory for it to work. So things would stay fair, I guess people with higher incomes would pay a higher percentage towards the pool.
We would need people to oversee this process, a sort of service for taking care of the revenues. And since the average person doesn't have the time or knowledge to make sure the money is spent correctly, I guess we could hire people to overlook this stuff for us. To make sure everyone is represented, we could all vote to decide who handles these political concerns, with regular elections to keep the system running.
It's the perfect system, and we don't need the government involved at all! Best of all, none of the money would be going towards funding abortions, or taking care of single mothers who can't seem to stop having babies.
