No the answer is clear. In 2003 when Bush had Al Quida members tortured President Bush then TIME TRAVELED to 2011 and gave the presidential order to the SEAL team to capture or kill OBL in Abbottabad, Pakistan. Mr Bush, being far to MODEST, declined to take credit for the defeating of America's worst enemy and time traveled back to 2003.

Time travel is in the Holy Bible so it clearly is possible:
