  • Why we need to REPEAL the Bill of Rights to PROTECT OUR FREEDOM!

    It is a simple, well-known fact that terrorism is the greatest threat this country has ever faced! Since September 11, 2001, Muslim terrorists have killed over 3,000 people on American soil. As a result of this very grave danger, we need to take drastic measures to ensure our safety, liberty, and freedom. In the words of our Godly ex-President Bush, the terrorists target America because "they hate our freedoms." That is why Al-Qaeda wants to kill as many of us. They hate us because we are the most free country in the world!

    But, just look at the first ten amendments to our Constitution (known as the "Bill of Rights") and you can see that they defend terrorists and are thus laws which directly threaten our freedom! We need to encourage our lawmakers to go beyond the PATRIOT Act, invasive airport searches, and installing cameras everywhere. WE NEED TO STRIKE THE BILL OF RIGHTS FROM THE CONSTITUTION!

    Let's examine how the Bill of Rights is nothing more than pro-terrorist laws written by LIBERAL COMMUNISTS in the 1780s.


    First Amendment - Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
    Not only should Congress establish a national religion (that of course being True Christianity™), but we also need to prohibit the expression of religions that are not True Christian™. Islam, obviously, should be banned. As well as Catholicism, Mormonism, Presybterianism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Seventh Day Adventists, etc. All these other faiths are of Satan and this should not be allowed in this country. As well, freedom of speech needs to go. Should we allow people to write pro-terrorist articles in our newspapers? Words encourage actions. When you have people speaking LIBERAL IDEAS, it inspires terrorism. People like Rachel Maddow should NOT be allowed to go on TV and promote gay marriage or universal healthcare. That destroys our country and should not be allowed. Likewise, the press and protesting should be very limited.

    Third Amendment – Protection from quartering of troops. No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
    Everyone knows a REAL PATRIOT would gladly open up his home to our brave soldiers fighting for our freedom, and the only people that would not consent are TRAITORS! Why are traitors protected by the Constitution?

    Fourth Amendment – Protection from unreasonable search and seizure. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
    The police should be able to search anybody they want at any time for any reason. If you are innocent, you have nothing to hide. The 4th hinders law enforcement from catching terrorists. What if the police pull over a Muslim guy for speeding? They should be able to search that car if they want. What if he has a BOMB in there? Fortunately though, the PATRIOT Act pretty much defies the Fourth Amendment so we are on the right track.


    Fifth Amendment – due process, double jeopardy, self-incrimination, eminent domain. No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
    First off, everyone should answer to a crime they did! That just makes sense. Like the Fourth, if you are innocent, you have nothing to hide. Everyone knows that anyone who "pleads the fifth" is already guilty! Second, double jeopardy is a hinderance to justice. Just because a person is found not guilty in a trial DOES NOT MEAN HE IS INNOCENT! What if new evidence surfaces which shows that person to be guilty? They should be tried AGAIN and not let off scot free! WHY PROTECT MURDERERS, RAPISTS, AND TERRORISTS?

    Sixth Amendment – Trial by jury and rights of the accused; Confrontation Clause, speedy trial, public trial, right to counsel In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.
    Fortunately, the PATRIOT Act is destroying this. But we need to do away with it altogether. A terrorist does not need a trial by jury. Look at Osama bin Laden. We knew he was guilty, no trial needed! That is why we executed him while he was unarmed, instead of bringing him to court. Why waste taxpayer dollars on a man who is obviously guilty? The same goes for every terrorist and criminal. Think of how much money we could save if we eliminated courts. Can't we trust our police enough to be judge, jury, and executioner? Anyone who thinks otherwise hates our brave police and hates FREEDOM.

    Seventh Amendment – Civil trial by jury. In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
    We don't need juries for civil lawsuits. We should just have judges look at the case and make a decision. It works very well. Proof of this is daytime courtroom TV shows. Judge Judy can get two cases done with in under a half-hour. That's smart, practical, and refined justice.


    Eighth Amendment – Prohibition of excessive bail and cruel and unusual punishment. Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
    I really hate this one. First, if we impose excessive bail, that just means more money going to our system and taxpayers. Plus, it will keep more guilty people off the streets. That's a win-win situation right there. Second, why can't we have cruel and unusual punishment? That's the best kind of punishment! Some people are so evil, like terrorists and serial killers, that they deserve to have bamboo sticks put under their fingernails, and their kneecaps broken, and their teeth pulled out one by one, and have their eyes splashed with acid, before having gasoline poured over them and being set on fire. Plus, we would see a reduction in crime. People would be hesitant to steal from a liquor store or download copyrighted music for free if they knew they would be drawn and quartered.


    Ninth Amendment – Protection of rights not specifically enumerated in the Constitution. The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
    This is a cop-out. It says if it's not in the Constitution, you still have rights. No. ALL rights should be listed in the Constitution. This is an exploitable loophole.

    Tenth Amendment – Powers of States and people. The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
    Another loophole. We need to delegate ALL powers to the government. That's their job. To govern us. Once we start letting people have power, that will lead to Communism. Do we want that?

    Finally, I intentionally left out one amendment: The second amendment. WE NEED TO KEEP THIS AMENDMENT! It's the only law they got right. We need to preserve our right to bear arms to defend ourselves against terrorists. They are lurking everywhere, you don't know where they can strike next. Sure, they might try to blow up the White House, but there can be terrorists in your neighborhood down the street that want to rob the Circle K. You need to be ready for that.

    Whatever, we do, we cannot let the terrorists win. They hate our freedoms and want to take them away from us. We must do what we can to preserve our liberty. And the best way to do that is to get rid of the Bill of Rights. Please write your congressman today and DEMAND that these treasonous laws be erased from our Constitution!

    It's just a mockery of the 10 commandments, isn't it?

    It basically screams out "sure, go ahead and covet your neibours property! House, wife, ass, covet it all! And your parents? Eff em! Want to worship something you found stuck in your ear? Be our guest!"

    Obviously the founding fathers wrote something completely different, and this so called "bill" is a forgery made by the agenda-oriented liberal-bias historians.

      As an Officer of the Law,

      I can't even begin to tell you how much trouble the Bill of Rights is to hard-working, American cops.

      It's my job to protect you, but how can I do that when you all have so many rights?

      I support Rev. Osborne and his proposition!

        I don't normally intrude into discussions about American politics (and in fact am unable to unserstand politics at all) — but I've noticed that all the countries with "bills of rights" seem to have "no-go-areas" which are full of people like this:

          Rev. Jim, I think you're really onto something here.

          I've long been frustrated by all these "rights" that the unwashed masses have in socialist America. Even discounting the obvious genetic superiority of white Christians, how can any reasonable person believe that some janitor at Wal-Mart is entitled to the same rights as, say, an executive at Goldman-Sachs?

          Fortunately, there has been a gradual improvement in the legal environment ever since Trojan horse Ronald Reagan was elected in 1980. Can you believe that at one time, the top tax bracket for rich people in America was 90%? Even worse, your typical trailer trash was only paying around 20%, plus getting free entitlements like food stamps and social security. Thankfully, we've been able to reverse that socialist trend, so today people like me pay a more reasonable negative-90%, while the proletariat pay about 50% and will soon discover that their social security benefits all got spent on wars and Wall Street bailouts.

          Just as our original founding fathers in the Confederate States knew, "trickle-down" economics is the only way to produce real and lasting wealth. Their system was based on race, but over the years more sophisticated methods of wealth concentration were employed.


          Wisdom from the past

          Of course, there have been set-backs, like when the liberal Nazi Muslim terrorist Obama was elected. Fortunately, he doesn't have nearly the power he thinks he does. I'm happy to say that last year our stacked Supreme Court made a wise decision in the Citizen's United case, finally recognizing that corporations are actually people, and the "right to free speech" means the "right to buy elections" with unlimited quantities of corporate cash.

          Still, we must not let down our guard. So yes, Rev. Jim, I suggest we get rid of the dangerous out-of-date Bill of Rights. We need to replace it with a new one. For example, we've got to do something about this one-man one-vote nonsense. Voting rights should be issued just like in a corporation - the more shares you hold, the more votes you get. For example, as a majority shareholder in Uranus Corporation, I get 57% of the votes. Now apply that to the whole country - since I have about $300 billion in my bank account, I should get 300 billion votes, while the typical trailer trash with $80,000 of credit card debt should get a negative-80,000 votes. I think this is fair and reasonable.

          Now with corporate personhood firmly established, I look forward to the day when America becomes a true free country by electing Uranus Corporation to be President of the United States.

          Remember, what's good for Uranus is good for the USA.

            AMEN, Brother Fred! It doesn't make any sense why you, a hard-working, important, charitable man like you should be put on the same level as some greedy, selfish Unionist scumbag in terms of votes. Because of your sacrifices, you have given thousands of people jobs. Certainly your vote is worth more than some Mexican making minimum wage in one of your companies. What YOU have to say is infinitely more important than some random coolie sweeping the floors of one of your factories.

            I am a patriot in that I believe that all men are created equal, but we must also admit that some men are more equal than others. You are what drives our economy, not some low-life degenerate working the assembly line. If it weren't for you, they wouldn't even have jobs, they would be unemployed mooches living off the welfare system. By your generosity, you should be rewarded. I know every business decision you make you ensure that it's best for America. Even when you closed all those American factories and moved them overseas, you realized the trickle-down rewards from such a decision, so that millions of Americans can appreciate lower-priced goods.

            And it sickens me to my stomach why someone like you can't have their vote worth more than anybody else's.

              I never understood why we needed a constitution anyway. All the laws we really need are already in the Hole Bible. I cannot wait for Tim to win the elections and implement God's Biblical laws in America. Once that happens we can celebrate with a huge burning feast, burning the constitution, Oprah's biography and Justin Bieber.

                While I am a great believer in the second amendment, I believe it should be repealed and replaced with this:

                "Every citizen shall be armed to the teeth. Each citizen will be required to pack heat every time the citizen leaves the front door of his or her home. Citizens without ample firepower shall be armed with surplus weaponry from the armory of the nearest National Guard unit up to and including Stinger Missiles."
