San Diego Tea Party Leader Arrested On Kidnapping, Rape Charges

According to San Diego Police, Michael John Kobulnicky, 50, who has been a leader in the San Diego Tea Party, has been arrested Thursday (3/15) after allegedly kidnapping and then raping a woman on Fiesta Island on February 25th. Kobulnicky is also the former regional director of the Southern California Conservative Party.

Kobulnicky was positively identified after a surveillance picture was released to the public.

The Tea Party leader allegedly, “dragged her out of the car and sexually assaulted her pretty brutally,” said San Diego Police Lt. Andra Brown. Kobulnicky supposedly offered to give the woman, walking along Linda Vista Road, a ride to her home, however he instead allegedly drove her to Fiesta Island and then raped the 56-year-old, according to San Diego police.

On Kobulnicky’s website , the father of five and man of supposed “Christian values” lists that he has held a number of teaching positions, and is “currently the Co-Organizer and Public Relations Representative for the San Diego Tea Party.” Kobulnicky has scheduled a “Patriot Voices Summit” for July 2012 (a specific day TBA).

Michael Kobulnicky remains in the San Diego County jail and is set to be arraigned next week. He was arrested at his home in Lemon Grove, CA. He has been booked on a number of felony charges, including kidnapping, sexual assault and sex with a foreign object.

The San Diego Tea Party said that Kabulnicky has been on hiatus since January, and has been relieved of his Tea Party duties during his legal proceedings. They said, “Our hearts and thoughts go out to the victim.”

The saddest part of that to me is the final line.

Assuming for one moment that this whore isn't lying and she actually was assaulted by someone it breaks my heart that in this secular world God's Favourite Tea Party cannot simply say:

"Kabulnickey didn't rape her, but if someone did then she deserved it and has got exactly what was coming to her for being such a slut."

When will the time come that we can speak out in public without it being political suicide?

Back to the viscous framing of Brother Kobulnicky; it's no surprise after the hatchet job on Brother Limbaugh and Brother Cain that they are going after more REAL Americans like this. The fact is rape is entirely a modern creation, it's a legal fiction created by the feminazis in the '60s to describe unplanned sexual encounters.

Sure there may have been some rough play, yes the woman in question was tasered, bound with tie wraps, gagged and then every orifice in her body penetrated over and over again but did she ever say "no"? This is all just joke on Kobulnicky's part and the so called "victim" need to get herself a sense of humor.

Look, here is a good analogy to this story; this is just like the time last year Pastor Zeke had his buddies in his circle of Brothers prayer group prank Roberta here before Sunday Service. Sure, leaving Roberta naked, hanging by her feet in the cloak room of church was a bit extreme, but it was joke and EVERYONE had a good laugh!

Did Roberta run off to the cops like some shrill, Femnazi harlot who hates men and complain she was sexually assaulted because some foreign objects ended up in her mommy cave? Of course not! Beyond rape isn't illegal in Freehold County Roberta has a sense of humor. She just shrugged if off and went to therapy like a good Christian woman should. GLORY
