    I am pretty sure the Eskimos were in another part of the arctic circle...but maybe I am not remembering right.

    They don't have the population to really do anything dramatic. Their army is so small, they could all know each others names!!!

            They've put up nuculear missle silo's now. Icelandair's fleet of airliners have been converted to bomb-planes. They are preparing to invade USA. Since theyr population is 310K They utilize everything in order to take over USA, where the national guard alone is counting almost 470K.

                        I always admired the Brits when they discovered Austria and held it as a penal colony. The French had Devil's Island for their hardened criminals. Now that Sing-Sing has been abandoned, something suitably off-shore, distant and repulsive is what we need to ease the prison population.

                        You see where this is going? Defeat terrorism and rid ourselves of the vile underbelly of society...

That amounts to 7.3 million Americans and a cost that exceeds $68 billion annually. This figure does not include juveniles accountable to the U.S. correction system.
                        Our criminals outnumber them 23:1.
