Ummm... I didn't get on here to argue with people or start any issues, I'm not putting down what you believe in at all. I just wanted to state that:
I'm on here because I want to share my point of view. I'm not putting down Christians. People kind of like you were the only people to show my brother and I any sort of compassion. Thank God for people who believe in him. Anywho; Some of these things I must disagree with. Like:
2-Wears band and/or rock t-shirts. While I must say this is a large scene with the "goth" kids. Not all goth kids wear band/or rock t-shirts.
11-Drinks alcohol, Anyone can drink alcohol.
14-Complains of boredom. Don't we all?? No one should ever be bored, Idle hands do the devils work, y'know? But when a child complains of boredom, you should give them something to do, like, clean their room?
20-Requests time alone and quietness. What if they're studying? Or reading the Bible?
25-Eats goth-related foods. Count Dracula cereal is an example of
this. Ahem. Its Chocula.
27-Watches cable television or any other corrupted media sources. Other kids, besides goths watch cable television!
34-Is homosexual and/or bisexual. Most of the homosexual/bisexual people i've seen haven't been goth.
But that's about all. I see some other ones I don't particularly care for. But this is all I feel like putting. But hey, you people don't like Catholics right?? The only other sites i've seen this list on have been Catholic sites...

Ummm... Okay, if I may interject reasonably... I've known a few "Gothic" kids who dress it, act like it, and self-Identify as Gothic, yet they are in church of their own free-will on Wednesday night Youth Groups and in the pews on Sunday Mornings.... of their own freewill. They actually believe in Jesus Christ and demonstrate it, yet are Gothic...

I have to ask now: How many Goths do you know that are OPENLY self-identifying Satanists? Most are atheist or at least agnostic and as a result don't believe in God or Satan. Being irreligious means they don't do anything that would be formally counted as a Satanic ritual, because it's silly and counter-productive... not to mention pointless.

Goth is NOT about evil or Satan. It's about self-expression in a "dark" way. Also, your description of a Goth is broadly generalised... I suspect it's because you take the Bible's words 100% literally, which is a mistake. I would say that you should follow the Jewish example of question your faith for consistency and finding metaphor in the Scripture, but it's likely you hate the Jews because they "killed Jesus" (but would Jesus still be your Saviour if they didn't betray him as prophesy says?)...

I love that little siggy you have there. On the note of Anthropologists, why are they dangerous? Is it because they advocate evolution? Evolution only contradicts the literal interpretation of Genesis, though it's unlikely that it's supposed to be taken literally. If evolution isn't true and it's evil, then where did the bones of archaic Humanoid creatures come from? The bones of the Dinosaurs? The shells of Ancient Cephalopods? Fossils? Where did they come form? Did the Devil himself make them, Dig holes, and bury them to deceive us into believing science instead of God?

You need to learn more scripture from The Holy Book™ or else you'd know that famous line right there says that if you are not with Jesus, you are against Him and if you are against Him, by default you worship Satan.

You need to learn more scripture from The Holy Book™ or else you'd know that famous line right there says that if you are not with Jesus, you are against Him and if you are against Him, by default you worship Satan.

Not true. Is it inconceivable to you for anyone to abstain form any form of worship? Well, I've noticed that you have a broad definition of the word "Worship". They way it is supposed to be defined is "To bend the knee"... literally. I bend the knee to no being, so I do not worship anything. The Universe is not simply black and white... there are numerous shades of grey in between. Humans have free will do they not? The theory that God predestines everything contradicts the concept of Freewill, so I do not presume that you believe in predestination.

However, I must say now that the Tea Party isn't going to get much further. they are losing ground and will continue to do so because of the Progressive Tea Party that has recently sprung up. You guys have competition now... and thus far it looks like we have the provable facts while all you have is unquantifiable faith and little else. We aren't here to "de-convert" you or to fight with you. We are here to open your eyes and to see the complexity that you conveniently ignore. If God is indeed real, he'd be appalled at the brazen ignorance of his more conservative followers... If we are not to question things and are to believe blindly, then what's the point of having freewill and the ability to reason? It seems counter-productive and illogical on God's part if blind faith and ignorance of the underlying workings of the vast Universe he made is what he desires and rewards despite our ability and desire to do otherwise...

Furthermore, Why didn't he just stop the evil from coming to fruition if he didn't like it? Does he WANT to send people to hell? That, too, seems counter-productive as well as asinine. Is he not God?

Never read a Bible, have we?

Isaiah 45:7:

I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

So, yes, He made the evil and sometimes He wants people to go to Hell. To ask why is presumptuous. I suspect, in my less guarded moments, He thinks it is funny to hear the wailing of the damned as He drop-kicks them into the Inferno.
