An understandable misinterpretation, however, no, I was referring to the ignorance of you Christian zealots. Goths are not evil murderous people, and you can't label them as such because of a few incidents involving homicidal people who happened to belong to that subculture. for this post i'm a bit offended by this doesn't the bible say to not judge each other and except everyone everyone no matter what they look like or how they are. you guys are a bunch of hippocratic people that is showing the ugly face of the christian world no wonder your kids are turning to different faiths. i am a goth and i'm proud of it, yes i have black hair, yes i wear black make-up and yes i have pericings but i don't worship satan or drink blood. i would like you guess to try and say that to the whole gothic community in person not hiding behind your computer screens. and don't bash the pagans the where there before your religion was even thought of, not to mention you stole a lot of the holidays and the symbols from that religion. and unlike you we don't have to push or beliefs on people and we are just expressing our individuality as you probably did when you where a teen. so next time you want to bash us do some research and talk to a true goth first.

The Bible commands us to judge others.

Leviticus 19:15 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.

Okay I stumbled onto this thread while reading about near death experiences, this list seems pretty ridiculous.

5 or more things on the list makes you a goth and a menace to society?

I'm 30 years old, listen to a variety of music, I work out most every day and I love my family. I suppose you could consider me at least close to average. However, I:

Wear a black t-shirt most every day, it's thinning, goes with everything and they sell 4 packs of them cheap.

I'm not sure what antisocial music is exactly, I'm not even sure it exists considering concerts are a social event, but if it is music I probably have something like it in my collection.

I drink alcohol.

Everyone gets depressed, sometimes life doesn't go as you plan.

Complains of boredom? Seriously?

I'm a night owl. I've been that way my whole adult life.

I like my privacy, and my alone time. Solitude can be very refreshing. I'm certainly not meditating to evil spirits with my free time.

The requesting time with your friend without adult supervision seems pretty normal to me, getting into trouble is just part of being a kid.

Disregarding authority figures is what built the United States.

Count Chocula cereal? I didn't know you could classify that as a goth-related food. I guess that means if you eat frosted flakes you're a furry.

I watch television.

I play video games that have violence and role playing.

Any teenager that DIDN'T express interest in sex probably has a real problem.

You do not judge us, only God can. Your opinion as to if we deserve Hell or not is irrelevant. PLEASE NOTE: when we TRUE Christians(tm) point out someone is hellbound we are saying in The Bible God has condemned their behavior. Not that we are like the Pope or some such nonsense.
