Re: Please pray for Japanese nuclear reactors to meltdown

    Friends,

I'm a "Noob" here - I was drawn to this forum because I saw the secular-drive drive-by bloggosphere persecuting yet another Christian for simply speaking God's word.

I'm speaking of Sister Pamela - a God-Fearing young woman, clearly filled with the Holy Spirit and wise beyond her years. This humble prayer-warrior has been under attack by the atheists whom she called out in Christ's name.

And why - for speaking the simple truth about the Godless Japanese. Why are atheists so hateful?

Re: Please pray for Japanese nuclear reactors to meltdown

Luke 10:36-37 Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour unto him that fell among the thieves?
And he said, He that shewed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise.

This verse shows the fact that we are to be neighbors to others like the Samaritan was to this man. So yes, not all people act as neighbors, but Jesus says quite clearly right here that we are to love others like this man loved others. "Go, and do thou likewise." Maybe that part should stand out to you. You guys are just taking verses out of context to create your own "religion" but it's not very Christ-like at all. It really is sad...
      29Jesus answered, "The foremost is, 'HEAR, O ISRAEL! THE LORD OUR GOD IS ONE LORD;
30 AND YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND, AND WITH ALL YOUR STRENGTH.'
31"The second is this, 'YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.' There is no other commandment greater than these." - Mark 12:28-31 (NAS

Atheists hate us because they are blinded by Satan:

        2 Corinthians 4:3-5:
But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.

This is all very sad, of course. Their hearts are stubborn, and spit in Jesus' extended hand of Love.

Now that we're talking, I would like to draw your attention to our Introduction Forum, and introduce yourself, as forum rules require. Tell us about your church, your family and your favorite Bible Verse, and be sure to read this before you post.

        Sweet Lord Jesus,
I want to pray for those who persecute me, my Lord.
Please, treat their children as you treated those of Egypt, when they upset you! (Psalm 135:8-9)
Dash their little children against the stones for their fathers iniquity! (Psalm 137:8-9)
Hit them on the cheek, and smash out their teeth! (Psalm 3:7)
Make their death and descent into Hell swift and terrible! (Psalm 55:15)
Scatter their broken bodies over the streets of their evil cities, like Benghazi, Amsterdam, Tokyo and Mecca! (Psalm 110:6)
        Praised be Your Glorious Name™.

        Amen.

We are not taking Verses out of context, friend. You seem to be forgetting that Jesus was answering the question "who is my neighbour?" Answer, "the Samaritan."

Yes, we should behave like the Samaritan, so that we could be a neighbour unto other Christians.

It doesn't say that we have to see the people we encounter as neighbours as well. Only those who are like the Good Samaritan.

And in fact, the Bible forbids us to love people that hate God:

          2 Chronicles 19:2:
And Jehu the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him, and said to king Jehoshaphat, Shouldest thou help the ungodly, and love them that hate the LORD? therefore is wrath upon thee from before the LORD.

This is what God says. We are not to love the ungodly. If you disagree with that, you disagree with the Holy Bible. That's how simple it is, friend.

              My humble prayer:

LORD please smite the sinful foreigners who reject your teaching,
May your judgment shatter the inner-lining of Reactor 4, just like the trumpets at Jericho
May the world know your anger at it's sinful ways.

                  Friend

                  Which worse

                  a) someone dying of radiation poisoning.

                  b) someone spending eternity in Hell.

It goes without saying both or bad, but if such a clear act of God as this 9.0 + tsunami + reactor melt down is going to turn heads towards Jesus. That's what we are praying for friend!

People need to stop embracing the hate of secular science and embrace the unconditional love of Jesus before God has them killed (as they so richly deserve).

Brother, you are spot on. America's jails are packed to the gills with atheists. Many of them, in their depraved desire to increase the ranks of the Godless nationwide, lie and claim to be Christian! Others hate God so much that they convert to Islam. But almost none of them will honestly describe themselves as God-mocking atheists.

That would be influencing us in some way.

Do you not think it does not portray God to be hating on an entire country?
I'm not sure what you're asking. It is an accurate portrayal of God to be "hating on" entire countries. He hardened Pharaoh's heart, so Pharaoh wouldn't release the Hebrew slaves, so He could have an excuse to slaughter the firstborn of each Egyptian household. Sounds like hate on Egypt to me.

And can you please explain to me how the fact that someone doesn't worship the same way as you makes them a terrible person? I've seen some people who are not Christian and make no time for God in their life and they are some of the nicest, most generous people on Earth....they are LOVING. Now their salvation is between them and God.
I'm sure they're lovely people. And flammable. See John 3:18.

FUKUSHIMA, Japan -- Japan suspended operations to keep its stricken nuclear plant from melting down Wednesday after surging radiation made it too dangerous to stay.

Chief Cabinet Secretary Yukio Edano said the workers dousing the reactors in a frantic effort to cool them needed to withdraw.

"The workers cannot carry out even minimal work at the plant now," Edano said. "Because of the radiation risk we are on standby," he said.

                    ...

A U.S. nuclear expert said he feared the worst.
"It's more of a surrender," said David Lochbaum, a nuclear engineer who now heads the nuclear safety program for the Union of Concerned Scientists, an activist group. "It's not like you wait 10 days and the radiation goes away. In that 10 days things are going to get worse."

"It's basically a sign that there's nothing left to do but throw in the towel," Lochbaum said.

Why do you want these people who have ignored God thus far to continue to do so, and spend eternity in torture in Hell? Why do you hate the Japanese? I wouldn't wish that on anyone . . . Not Saddam Hussein, not Michael Moore, not even Nancy Pelosi!

Im not wishing them to die and rot in hell im praying that they get a second chance and see the light! i most certainly dont want them to ignore god either... there are alot of people who want to see these people killed like i said it is not there place to judge. And i am very sad that people are seeing this situation as a punishment for people that they don't know and are judging them based on a stereotype that they have formed.. ill admit there are probably alot of bad people in japan but there is also alot of bad people here in america too.

above all i do not wish that they go to hell i hope all these people who were spared will see the light and get a second chance to find god.

I am truely sorry if i came off sounding like that but i most certainly did not mean that.

It is perfectly allowed to pray to God to make bad things happen to evil people. After all, it's for their own good:

                            Psalm 83:9-18:
Do unto them as unto the Midianites; as to Sisera, as to Jabin, at the brook of Kison:
Which perished at Endor: they became as dung for the earth.
Make their nobles like Oreb, and like Zeeb: yea, all their princes as Zebah, and as Zalmunna:
Who said, Let us take to ourselves the houses of God in possession.
O my God, make them like a wheel; as the stubble before the wind.
                            As the fire burneth a wood, and as the flame setteth the mountains on fire;
So persecute them with thy tempest, and make them afraid with thy storm.
Fill their faces with shame; that they may seek thy name, O LORD.
Let them be confounded and troubled for ever; yea, let them be put to shame, and perish:
That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth.

you should be sad and mournful that they could not be saved there is alot of innocent people over there being killed.. while everyone here is screaming "More deaths, that will teach them." all this death and chaos is making people wonder if there is a god..
Whatever the disaster is, there is never a reason for anyone to not believe in God:

                            Romans 1:18-22:
                            For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools

In other words, God's existence is clearly seen, and disasters like this earthquake just show His Eternal Power and Godhead. Atheists are without excuse. If they don't start believing in God now, they will burn in Hell.

only the true christians can see the miracles he does admist the chaos.
This is a common method of fluffy-bunny false Christians to delude themselves into thinking that God is someone who only does nice things and wants to cuddle us all day.

If a school collapses, and out of five hundred children ten "miraculously" survive, then your kind of Christians only see God's act in saving the ten, but conveniently ignore that God also caused the other 490 to die. Maybe He has had a reason to allow Japan being struck by an earthquake? After all, God is omnipotent, so even you can't deny that God cold have prevented the earthquake if He didn't want it to happen. So why didn't He?

The Bible gives the answer, of course. God makes bad things happen to people because they are evil:

                            Proverbs 12:21:
There shall no evil happen to the just: but the wicked shall be filled with mischief.

                            Amos 3:6:
Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?

its not your place to judge who is evil and who is good...
                            Yes, it is:

                            2 Timothy 4:1-2:
                            I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

                            1 Corinthians 2:14-16:
But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? but we have the mind of Christ.

                            1 Corinthians 6:1-3:
Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?
Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?

So are we. However, God is sending catastrophes like these for exactly this purpose! Consider this Passage:

                            Amos 4:6-12:
And I also have given you cleanness of teeth in all your cities, and want of bread in all your places: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.
And also I have withholden the rain from you, when there were yet three months to the harvest: and I caused it to rain upon one city, and caused it not to rain upon another city: one piece was rained upon, and the piece whereupon it rained not withered.
So two or three cities wandered unto one city, to drink water; but they were not satisfied: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.
I have smitten you with blasting and mildew: when your gardens and your vineyards and your fig trees and your olive trees increased, the palmerworm devoured them: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.
I have sent among you the pestilence after the manner of Egypt: your young men have I slain with the sword, and have taken away your horses; and I have made the stink of your camps to come up unto your nostrils: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.
I have overthrown some of you, as God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah, and ye were as a firebrand plucked out of the burning: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.
Therefore thus will I do unto thee, O Israel: and because I will do this unto thee, prepare to meet thy God, O Israel.

We learn from the above Passage that God sends catastrophes because He wants people to return to Him. In the days of Amos, He sent hunger, thirst, crop failure, animal pests, plague, war and destruction upon Israel, for the purpose of making them return to Him! Yet, like the Japanese, they didn't. Isn't that very sad?

above all i do not wish that they go to hell i hope all these people who were spared will see the light and get a second chance to find god.
So do I. Therefore, I pray to God to send another catastrophe, to convince them.

You seem to know very little about the Bible, which clearly states that bad things are judgments from God. Why do you call yourself a Christian?

And anyway, if God didn't cause these things to happen, who did? Do you think He wouldn't have prevented the earthquake if He didn't want it to happen? That it did happen, means that He wanted it to happen. That's simple common sense.

                            Amen.

You people are pretty messed up. Do you really interpet the bible and believe in your hearts that god wants babies and children to drop and die in their cribs? Do you think that Jesus who forgave those who killed him while they were killing him wants this beatiful peaceful landscape washed away! I'm surprised my user name wasn't taken cause all you peole have done is take your own so called righteous indignation and twisted it to clebrate the genocide of a peace loving simple people. Condoning this horror is immoral and absolutely incomprehensible to me. You know the history of your Bible when it was written originally and revamped in 1517 by a man a mortal man. The god I was thought of in school and in church was one of love and the words that stayed with me were spoken from the heart no rehearsed from a book. You can interpet this and make yourselves feel better but all you are doing in celebrating death and that is sick depraved and against everything christianity stands for. You people are sick. <--------what the hell is this? Is this supposed to be funny I mean you take this so seriously that you can mock the deaths of families but you can poke fun at this? You people have darkness in you and you are all scum.

Thats common sense? Really? My god stupidity and ignorance on this level is a rare thing to see I think when you die you need to be studied so we can't combat your stupidity like it was a disease. So why didn't God stop the planes from hitting the towers? Christians being fed to lions for hundreds of years what about that? or Hurricane Katrina why didn't god stop that? Pearl Harbour where was God? What about the genocide of Armenian Christians by the Muslim Turks? (Which I'm sure a moron like you has no knowledge of) It's Happenstance you morons free will remember? Tectonic plates shifting anybody ever read an actual book? Common sense thats amazing thats staggering it really is. Sick peole like yo will push peole away from God not towards him. Online heroes hiding behind your keyboard judging the world in the name of a God who you can't begin to comprehend. Especially with your lack lustre knowledge of Christianity and it's teachings.

God wants us to wipe out everyone who doesn't think or feel the way we do cause of this and that verse of the bible. No you know who wanted to get rid of everyone that was different? Hitler not God Hitler you depraved psyco. Go to your church and pray for forgiveness that i am not nearly strong enough to offer.
