A woman will invariably stray when given too much room for freedom. Just like with a pet, you have to be strong and firm sometimes. Otherwise the woman see you as weak and start longing for another man.

She is compeletly right also you have no right to hit a woman! No right whats so ever! She cooks and cleans for you and she makes a mistake an accident that is no need to ever hit a woman. A woman is not a dog we dont learn from beatings! And how old is old enough? I am guessing 18 maybe early 20s? That is horrid! Are not ment to respect everything God creates!

Friends, I come here asking your advice in a spirit of Christ-like humility. I feat that, in the last few days, I may have grievously sinned against the Lord and male property rights, and my soul is troubled.
Recently, I've been spending a lot of time unchaperoned with a certain young lady. Of course, we haven't actually indulged in any lustful or lascivious acts together (thank you Jesus), but only those activities which it is proper for a young man and woman to perform together: sitting around while she scrubs my floors, washes my clothes, polishes my Bible, and so on. However, a few days ago, she burnt my steak, and in response...well, I behaved as any passionate red-blooded heterosexual man would do.
My question is: have I gone too far too fast? I know that the sacred responsibility of disciplining a woman is one of the most vital aspects of the Godly Institution of Matrimony, and to engage in this very special act with a woman I'm not actually married to just feels...wrong, really. As an unmarried woman, the young lady I beat senseless is still the property of her father, and to have damaged another Christian man's property...well, it doesn't feel good, I tell you that. So, friends, tell me honestly: by giving a black eye to a woman who doesn't belong to me, have I offended God?

I feel like I must give my two cents here even though this is quite an old post. I think you were well within your rights to beat this woman. First off, she ruined her man's food. But she also ruined a steak, which comes from a cow, which is one of God's creatures. God was kind enough to provide us with cows for steak, and I know he would be furious at her for improperly cooking this gift. That said, I feel you should never beat a woman senseless. Here is why- when you beat her senseless you run the risk of her not remembering why she was beaten and thus you may not have corrected the bad behavior. It is always best to leave a woman with her senses after a beating so she can realize why she deserved it. I also recommend not beating their faces too badly, but that's just for aesthetics.

Isnt the bible a book that has abiguity written into the pages, It means something different to everyone ho reads it. I read and thought meh it was an ok story and its credability is farcical. That verse is about being dishonest with your wife. Since when does "dealing treacherously" mean discipline?
