It suddenly rigs of hipocrisy in here, of it isn't a bunch of people who's got false justification., all the other people who believe that your opinion is extremely unsofisticated and wrong are by some means correct.

This is a valid question. In all honesty, I would be compelled to reply, "Of course people are allowed to play harmless games!"

(Naturally there are some restrictions: age of the merry-maker, are the chores done, etc.).

BUT, the "harmless" part of your question needs defining.

If something, no matter how innocuous on earth and how appealing to our earth-bound sensibilities is ultimately harmful as regards our eternal reward, can it truly be deemed harmless?

I am willing to give up a LOT to ensure I don't mess that part up!



Of course, the idea of "fun" is dynamic (re: individuals and cultures), too. Here is how I like to think of it:

(Ecclesiastes 2:24) "There is nothing better for a man, than that he should eat and drink, and that he should make his soul enjoy good in his labour. This also I saw, that it was from the hand of God."

Work up a sweat and have a meal!
