This website has each and every translation of the holy bible logged into it. You can search verses and scripture with incredible ease. I like to enter in a verse, and compare and contrast it with other versions. Even the King James' Bible is in there. I use it to do just what I've described above. Exercise my God-given free will, while at the same time, getting to know Him.

I use BG all the time. I parallel read constantly. Now tell me specifically, what is wrong or somehow twisted in the KJV?

What is your favorite version on BG? Do you just use the default NIV?

‘And if you offer a sacrifice of a peace offering to the LORD, you shall offer it of your own free will.'

Leviticus 22:29

'And when you offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving to the LORD, offer it of your own free will.'

If you offer anything to the LORD, you give it of your own free will.

Anti-Biblical Catholic heresy. I checked the Catechism, and the only references they use for justification are Old Testament. The New Testament, on the other hand, teaches us that Jesus Christ was the sacrifice for all of mankind.

Aside from the fact that some translations translate 'dragon' as 'ox,' which is far more believable?

Generally, when I look at the KJV and compare it with most other translations, I find that the KJV just doesn't make sense.

Leviticus 19:5

If you offer anything to the LORD, you give it of your own free will.

Do you know the difference between a free will offering and a vow offering which was required by our LORD? If you read that in context you'll see that is referring to what is acceptable as either.

Do you even take into account that King James demanded that 47 scholars translate the bible so that it conforms to his whims? You may be playing into the hands of a long-dead king of England.
