The bible will always be up to interpretation, you can bend it whatever way you want and use it to support your arguments but you must realise that it is all about your own personal faith. For me, seeing people people let themselves become this backward as to deny all logic and reason is depressing as a human being; the bible isn't the word of god, you need to learn to question your own faith. If god hates gays, why create them? Why make gay animals? Why give people a better chance of going into heaven, based on where they live? Why call the world flat? Not once did you reference scripture and you made broad sweeping statements as to the character and behavior of God.

From where do you get your ideas about God? If you claim the Bible, then you need to go back to the source and read what it really has to say. If you came up with your notions about God from some other source, then you need to realize that when we discuss God here in this forum it is always based on what the Bible tells us of His true nature. We NEVER describe God based on our own personal experience.

I think that you are confusing the bit about accepting Jesus Christ as your own personal Savior.

"Personal" faith as you seem to refer to it is not allowed in the Bible. You don't get to make up your own brand of religion and expect God to honor it if you refuse to honor Him and His commandments.

While it is true that the Bible gives us insight into many of God's followers' personal conversations with Him, it actually contains pages and pages of content about how people are to live together in communities in a way that pleases Him.

So, you see, it's not just about you and God; it's about your place in God's Plan as a member of His Church. Happily, there's no real guesswork involved. God has made a place for everyone and given firm clear directions as to how we are to conduct ourselves according to our God-given station in life.

Now, since you have gone on record as having denied God's Holy Word and the divine authority which He claims and describes to us via His Revealed Word, please refrain from commenting on "our divine creator".

You know little about the divine being that is Almighty God, Yahweh, Lord of Hosts and King of kings. If you read the Bible thoroughly, you might understand a little bit more about His true nature. But I doubt that you have the courage to do that.
