Re: Homosexuals in the NFL - A Comprehensive List of Gay Players

They may be gay, but they're more successful than most of us will ever be. Try to gay bash these guys and they'll kick your ass.

If I know fags (and I do), they aren't interested in kicking my ass. That's not what they want to do with it.

Anyway, we have Jesus on our side. The fags don't stand a chance.

In other words you define successful as how much money you make. Well I can tell you that I would rather be a homeless Christian than Bill Gates. Remember that this life is fleeting, and eternity is a long time.

Matthew 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
PROOF: Atheists are too stupid to understand the Bible!

Proverbs 13:24(KJV): "He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes."

Galatians 4:16 Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?

I am hurt, does Jesus hate me because I am extremely wealthy? I give so very much to Jesus and our Church. Just last week I gave a Nigra a dollar if he would stop washing my windshield.

Oh how I hate those guys, I always end up going to a service station to clean the mess they left on my windshield.

No I'm not saying that wealth is against God, after all the Bible says that God will greatly reward the faithful. ( Job 22:23-24, Proverbs15:6 )

But to say that money is how we should judge people is just wrong, again the Bible tells us that we should judge by what's on the inside, not how wealthy someone is. ( John 7:24 Galatians 2:6 )

So to judge someone as righteous just because they're rich is absolutely ridiculous. What have these people done for their wealth? Caught a ball? This person would probably have sold their child to Michael Jackson because he was wealthy so that makes him better than anyone else in the cult of celebrity.

I can agree with you. Money does not make me a better Christian, and surely God will not look upon with with favor above the less than fortunate.

As far as how these pro sports people gain their wealth, lets just say they don't work for it. They all spend the money on fast cars, fast females and drugs. To bad they don't share it with Jesus and their families and friends.

They however point THEMSELVES out with their parades and marches and their "coming out" displays for all the world to hear! They don't ALLOW themselves to be ignored or not recognized!

God certainly doesn't accept those with deviant homersexural urges and even calls it an abomination, so why should we True Christians have to pretend to tolerate such vile activity?

I for one live up to God's expectations and not some atheistt scumbag who decides to come to a CHRISTIAN FORUM, uninvited no less, spouting nonsense!

I began reading this because i didn't know if this thread was a joke or not, being from Canada and also having attended "mandatory" church services with my heavily christian parents until i moved out. We occasionally received a joke email from a pastor that listed some funny reasons why a certain celebrity might be unchristian or gay, (for instance Keanu Reeves, for starring in Devils Advocate and My Little Idaho), but always concluded the email with " As always we're all God's children and should love another as such" or something along those lines.

I didn't post here to rip on christianity, although i myself follow the gospel of FSM, but more to pose a thropposite position, in which everyone who reads this far reflect on who or what gay is and how it actually affects their lives. I for one am a straight male, with a loving bi-sexual female partner, whom i have a 3 year old daughter and a 7 year old son with. My best friend and godfather to them IS gay. And he is the only reason why i am still here today.

The reason i decided to post tho, was I want to point out, Phebe, that when starting a post with "Oh dear, an atheist with vernacular impedement! Gosh..how unusual!", you might want to try making less spelling/grammar mistakes than the person you're posting about. I hate pretentious know-it-all's, especially when you don't.

P.S. I know I'm from Canada, but it disturbs me that a christian forum has icon..

Re: Homosexuals in the NFL - A Comprehensive List of Gay Players

I would like to add another well known sodomite in the NFL.

                        Aaron Rogers.

RODGERS: “I’ve got a roommate, a guy I met in town. He works for the Packers now as an athletic trainer, but he was interning when I met him and we just hit it off. He’s been great for me as far as great conversations outside of football. Our friendship goes a lot deeper than what we do.”

The truth is that Aaron Rodgers hasn’t been seen publicly with a woman except his mother or sister in years. (Except for publicity photos) He has lived for years with his male “roommate” in his home in Green Bay, WI.
Even his parents say he doesn’t date:
Darla Rodgers said “He’s not dating anyone, nothing online is true. Early in his career I would call him and say what’s this, you haven’t told me. Who is she? You can’t let mom be the last to know, he said don’t believe any of that, it’s not true, it never is. I asked him not to let momma be the last to know.”
Ed Rodgers said, “Well he’s not dating anyone, those things online, 99.9% are not true.”
Then there’s these comments from Rodgers in Sporting News:
Lives with a man. Has millions of dollars and isn't promiscuous or dating. Fag I say!

Praise and worship with Pastor Will. Services at 9 a.m., 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Re: Homosexuals in the NFL - A Comprehensive List of Gay Players

                            Dear Mr. O'Hanley

Thank you for doing so much to educate people regarding God's Law. I have learned a great deal from your show, and try to share that knowledge with as many people as I can. When someone tries to defend the homosexual lifestyle, for example, I simply remind them that Leviticus 18:22 clearly states it to be an abomination... End of debate.

I do need some advice from you, however, regarding some other elements of God's Laws and how to follow them.

                            1. Leviticus 25:44 states that I may possess slaves, both male and female, provided they are purchased from neighboring nations. A friend of mine claims that this applies to Mexicans, but not Canadians. Can you clarify? Why can't I own Canadians?

                            2. I would like to sell my daughter into slavery, as sanctioned in Exodus 21:7. In this day and age, what do you think would be a fair price for her?

                            3. I know that I am allowed no contact with a woman while she is in her period of menstrual uncleanliness - Lev.15: 19-24. The problem is how do I tell? I have tried asking, but most women take offense.

                            4. When I burn a bull on the altar as a sacrifice, I know it creates a pleasing odor for the Lord - Lev.1:9. The problem is, my neighbors. They claim the odor is not pleasing to them. Should I smite them?

                            5. I have a neighbor who insists on working on the Sabbath.Exodus 35:2. clearly states he should be put to death. Am I morally obligated to kill him myself, or should I ask the police to do it?

                            6. A friend of mine feels that even though eating shellfish is an abomination - Lev. 11:10, it is a lesser abomination than homosexuality. I don't agree. Can you settle this? Are there 'degrees' of abomination?

                            7. Lev. 21:20 states that I may not approach the altar of God if I have a defect in my sight. I have to admit that I wear reading glasses. Does my vision have to be 20/20, or is there some wiggle- room here?

                            8. Most of my male friends get their hair trimmed, including the hair around their temples, even though this is expressly forbidden by Lev. 19:27. How should they die?

                            9. I know from Lev. 11:6-8 that touching the skin of a dead pig makes me unclean, but may I still play football if I wear gloves?

                            10. My uncle has a farm. He violates Lev.19:19 by planting two different crops in the same field, as does his wife by wearing garments made of two different kinds of thread (cotton/polyester blend). He also tends to curse and blaspheme a lot. Is it really necessary that we go to all the trouble of getting the whole town together to stone them? Lev.24:10-16.

Couldn't we just burn them to death at a private family affair, like we do with people who sleep with their in-laws? (Lev. 20:14)

I know you have studied these things extensively and thus enjoy considerable expertise in such matters, so I am confident you can help. Thank you again for reminding us that God's word is eternal and unchanging.
