    My introduction

    Hi everyone.
I've been looking to find a community that commit themselves to the KJV Bible I can hope to be apart of.
I just had to leave the church I was apart of and I'm looking for another to join but it's a decision I need to make carefully.

One of my favourite Bible verses

John 5:1 - Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.
1 John 1:9 - If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

That wasn't much of an introduction, was it.

      Sorry Pastor let me explain.
      I am female age 24.
My previous Baptist church was in London ( hoping to move to US soon)
I didn't want to leave of course but I didn't really have a choice. Its ok though because they didn't quite steer me fully in the direction of Christ.
      Too liberal perhaps.
I am now ready to embrace the Lord once again with full dedication in my heart and soul.
      James chapter 1

      2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
3 Knowing [this], that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
4 But let patience have [her] perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
1 John 1:9 - If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Hello, and welcome to our friendly forums! By this age (24!), you must have a number of little arrows in your quiver, if you know what I mean (wink wink)! How many children has your husband blessed with? Do you homeschool them? If so, what curriculum do you use?

Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

Hello Mrs Etheldreda and thank you for such a warm welcome.
Unfortunately I have no children and no husband
I am not yet suitable for a true Christian husband I have a lot of confessing and redeeming to do before any God loving man would even consider a marriage with me.
I am very hopeful though with the KJV Bible, the influence of Jesus and the company of true Christians such as yourself I will soon be able to change that.

Colossians 1:14 - In whom we have redemption through his blood, [even] the forgiveness of sins:
1 John 1:9 - If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Not all women are married by age 24. I am 21 and I am not married and do not have children so you shouldn't be too quick to jump to assumptions. Also, some women choose to get an education before they get married, you never know.

            Welcome to the forum, Lily.

              Welcome to the forum, Lily.
Don't you know, the Holy Bible says that God wants women to marry, bear children, be homemakers, and stay out of trouble or the appearance of trouble (1st Timothy 5:14). It's that simple. By 24, the uterus has given up the opportunity to provide Christ with souls to worship Him for eternity anywhere from 12-30 times! What a selfish, ungrateful thing to do to the Redeemer of mankind! 1st Timothy 5:15 tells us that women who refuse to comply are uppity whores who have prostituted themselves out for Satan.
              Biblical Goals for Women
              • Get married
              • Have many babies
              • Be a homemaker
              • Stay out of trouble

That's it. That's what God wants for young women, and that's what God has always wanted for women. And who knows what's best for women than the very LORD Who created them?

Just a small word, rather than just find a husband and give him soldiers for Jesus, why not put all that learning you had with dolls, toy houses, knitting, sewing, etc, at your mother's knee to some use and look after them, in the spare time you have from looking after him.

A willingness to do this is always attractive in a young girl.

Oh, but she does want to be "helpful", by convincing you to believe the exact same thing that she does, even though her beliefs directly contradict Scripture in many ways, and she's presented a grand total of ZERO evidence that the label of "Christian" she's desperately hanging on to for some reason accurately reflects her beliefs in ANY way, leading many to wonder just why put the effort into something that will end up doing you no good at all?

James 2:10 "For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all."

Hello, Jade. I refuse to address you with any of the rest of your username, as it seems like something a LIEberal 13 year old would use as a handle on 'instantaneous messenger', as Pearl would call it.

I am curious as to why you were removed from your church. I have never heard of someone being removed for following the Bible too closely. And your interest in The Landover Baptist CHURCH would suggest you have a want of staying true to the LORD. Especially since you said you do use the King James version.

I await your response with little to no interest.

                              Regards, Franklin

I hope you can see this message, none of the letters are going in the box. Maybe they are invisible? We do not really understand Computers or Technology. I will have to ask Anita about this.
